Our stay at Ritz-Carlton Almaty was exceptional, in fact our fav part of the city as tourists. The best part was the warm service from the staff, in particular thanks to Yekaterina (Kate), Malika, and concierge lady. Kate was welcoming and informative upon check in. Guest service staff Malika gave us attentive care throughout our stay and accommodated our preferences, which truly enhanced our experience in the country. Concierge lady gave us comprehensive advice on where to visit. The view from both our room and the Sky Lounge was unparalleled. Snow-capped mountains framed the landscape, offering a mesmerizing backdrop that undoubtedly ranks among the best in Almaty. Will definitely come back here if we’re back in the city.

The best and the most expensive hotel in Almaty. Service is perfect, staff try to help in all questions. Breakfast huge and tasty, there is everything, even common quail eggs… Rooms big and have nice views to city or mountais. Gym is very good too. Pool not big but enough good, sauna just separate in mans and womans changing rooms.

It has a great location, nice first class rooms and as always you receive excellent service. Well trained and quality staff make you feel you are at home.

It should be the best hotel in Almaty. The price is not cheap, the service is very good, and the room facilities are okay but a little old.

The luxury hotel is next to a shopping center and is in a tall building. To get to your room, you first must take the elevator to level 30 and change the elevator to go down to your room a bit of a journey. The breakfast is amazing and the rooms are OK a bit old but well equipped. It doesn't have value to for the money you spend. The staff are amazing.
