Terrible experience! I booked a pool suite for two nights. After arriving at the hotel, I was told that I could only choose the rooms at the two ends of the 1st and 2nd floors, the first room in 201 or the last room in 129. I told the front desk that the room types at the two ends are not auspicious in China, and whether there are other options, but a man at the front desk said bluntly that I could only choose from these two. If I want to change rooms, I need to pay an extra 50 euros per night to upgrade the room type. March is the off-season for tourism in Mallorca. I don’t believe that other rooms of the same price are sold out? ! So bullying? (I booked 1,700 yuan per night with breakfast, but if I knew it was a room at the two ends, I would never choose them) In addition, there are two floors of commercial buildings along the street in front of the hotel, so the view of the sea view room in the lower area is also not good. The infinity pool in the hotel introduction picture cannot be used by ordinary guests, and can only be opened by cards on the executive floor, but there is no special explanation in the platform introduction, which is suspected of misleading consumption. Ms. Mercedez at the front desk (you read that right, it's the last name, a local) was very enthusiastic and professional. At her suggestion, we upgraded the room to a sea view room, which was worth it. The room was very spacious and well-equipped. There was a water station next to the elevator on each floor, which provided free and unlimited iced drinking water. When you come back to the hotel exhausted from outside, a glass of ice water will make you feel refreshed, which is in stark contrast to many hotels that do not provide free drinking water at all. The breakfast of this hotel was the best in our one-month self-driving trip. The dishes were rich and delicious, and the key was: there were even pancakes! Going out of the back door of the hotel is the beach and the seaside avenue. Turn right and there is a restaurant called Al Faro Beach about 20 meters away. It is very good. We dined here for two consecutive nights and had a good experience. A highly recommended hotel.

Very close to the beach, the room is large and clean, and parking is convenient nearby. Most of the surrounding shops are closed during the off-season. It is about a 15-minute drive to the town of Palma.

The hotel is only 5.7 kilometers away from Mallorca International Airport. It is located in the resort and is the best hotel in the area. Many British and Germans stay there. The balcony of the sea view room can see the sunset of the bay in the west. The swimming pool and breakfast are also very good. Breakfast can be customized. Most of the five-star hotels abroad have four-star environment facilities and four-star three-star services. This one is well deserved. There are live singing performances from 8 to 10 pm. But there are mosquitoes in summer and the hotel does not provide mosquito repellent facilities.

The location is right in the middle of Palma beach. The hotel is almost connected to the beach. Since it is the off-season, most of the shops on the beach side are closed. The sea water is too cold, so winter is not the season to go into the water. However, the hotel's swimming pool is heated, and there are also guests swimming in the pool. The rooms all face the sea. The rooms are very large and have bathtubs. Each room also has a terrace, which is also super large. It's just that the decoration is simple, bottled water is not supplied, and the shampoo/hair conditioner/shower gel and hair dryer are all hung on the wall, which is unprecedented in a 5-star hotel. Fortunately, I brought toilettes, but I gave up on the wall-mounted hair dryer. It was completely useless and I slept with my hair wet. The staff are very welcoming. When I arrived, they almost rushed out to push my luggage for me. I was a little scared. There would also be a welcome drink and a goodbye drink when I arrived and when I left. Acceptable off season value. There were so many people at breakfast, and the buffet breakfast was totally unappetizing, except for smoothie.
