Inexpensive alternative to Madrid yet very close. We stayed overnight and called ahead to get a room on higher floor. It was comfortable and clean. There is a mall close by too. The on site restaurant stays open late per Madrids cool nights. The breakfast has cheeses, types of coffee, jamón and breads, croissants but no eggs. Oatmeal and yoghurt is available w fresh juices. A great value really!

I'm not one for leaving reviews, but I feel compelled to highlight the good service and good experience I had with this hotel. We like staying at NH Alcorcon hotel and the NH chain, as they offer a service above and beyond, and the staff always happy to help when we stay. This hotel is very well positioned to head to several areas of interest in Madrid. But this hotel is an especially charming hotel and very nice staff and also very clean.

What a nice experience. We come on a family vacation to celebrate the anniversary of two children. A trip to Madrid and two days in the Warner park. Before going I reached out to the hotel to see if it would be possible to have some kind of cake in the breakfast to be able to sing happy birthday to the boys, as one of them was celebrating 5 years old on the last day on the hotel. Alejandro was the person from the Hotel who organized this and they not only brought the cake but also brought a gift for our little boy. The hotel is clean and easy to access. They have a lot of parking slots but is also very easy to park on the street in front of the hotel. Breakfast was good and the price was very good if you think on everything that the hotel provides. There is a big shopping center near to hotel which make easy for shopping and eating and it is close enough to Madrid Warner Park. A great stay and I will be back for sure.

The most important hotels in the city are the hotels in which I have been able to find a good location, and the most important hotels in the city are the hotels in which I have been able to find a good location. The location is very high, not intuitive and very hidden. A lot of smoke-free hotel cartels (as if the rest of the hotels were not), even with cartels exposing the amount of the penalty, but the room (305) smells worse than if they had smoked 2 packages. In the bathroom no poor dental paste tube. For more INRI at 1:39 a.m. the fire alarm jumps (in any establishment can happen) and it appears to be a automatic screen at reception ..., obviously from there the rest was finished, The price is far above the offered product. To highlight professionalism and good treatment and disposition of all staff, which are certainly not valued to the extent of their merits.

I found this hotel on a booking platform and chose it because it was near the area where I had to conduct business. I was pleasantly surprised when upon arrival the staff was most kind and the room was impeccable, super clean and well organized. The room had a safe and a mini fridge, as well as a LED TV with the possibility to see movies from the most famous Internet platforms. The bathroom was perfectly clean, with hairdryer and a double Shower head ( handheld and Waterfall) . Service staff did a great job on tidying up the room daily and making sure everything was clean. The staff at the reception was very amicable and courteous, as well as very helpful when I needed information. Breakfast was good, a little bit of everything for everyone, Cereals, croissants, toast, jam, butter ham and cheese, as well as juices yogurt and warm beverages where at the buffet. The location is a bit out of the way from the center of Madrid, but metro station is really 4 minutes away and will take you anywhere. However if you like adventure sports, the hotel is just 3 metro stops away from the fantastic XMADRID, a mall dedicated to adventure sport where you can enjoy activities like Scuba Dive, Free Climbing, Ski, Trampoline jumping, Wave surfing, Skate boarding etc., I would greatly recommend this hotels to Business people and young travelers that do not mind moving around with the metro.
