Our three-day stay at the five-star resort was overall quite pleasant. Stunning surroundings, and rooms also were quiet good making it a relaxing getaway. The staffs at the reception were attentive and accommodating, ensuring our needs were met throughout our stay. Helped us with early check in as well as one hour late checkout. Add on this they take you to an evening boat ride for an hour to enjoy the backwaters and the sunset. However, while the accommodation was good we were disappointed by the food provided. Despite the resort's prestigious five-star status, the quality of the meals did not meet our expectations. Presentation was definitely missing and the taste as well. We had hoped for a more diverse and flavorful culinary experience, especially considering the premium price point of the resort. Also the staffs at the restaurant needs to improve in terms of service, and should be more attentive towards. Definitely need a good chef. Additionally, the wifi connectivity at the resort was subpar. In today's digital age, reliable internet access is essential for both business and leisure travelers. Unfortunately, the inconsistent wifi signal detracted from our overall experience, making it difficult to stay connected and productive during our stay. Despite these shortcomings, we still enjoyed our time at the resort and appreciated the efforts of the staff to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
