It may be the best hotel in Antalya. The staff was friendly, the animation team was very energetic, all the activities were very enjoyable, the food was very delicious and there was a lot of variety. The size and spaciousness of the rooms were great. pool. It was important for us that it was big and clean and we did not experience this problem in this hotel. We liked it very much and would like everyone to see this hotel.

A dated hotel with great staff but poor chefs and DJ. The rooms are comfortable and large but like most of the hotel, dated. It has a very firm mattress that will leave you a little stiff in the morning and a TV that's so old it might as well not work. That being said the rooms are well air conditioned with a very quiet unit and the rooms are well noise insulated with us being completely unaware if we had neighbors or not. The shower is also fantastic. The all inclusive experience is let down by the fact that the food is really poor. There are some exceptions like the lunchtime kebabs but on the whole you will be disappointed. It's bad enough that we was put off paying for the option extra restaurants because we didn't want to pay extra for what seemed like inevitable poor food, even though they should really be included like at other all inclusive resorts. The pools is nice but utterly ruined by the constant obnoxiously loud music, the place is massive but you cannot escape the noise even on the far side. It is so loud that even with noise canceling headphones you are still bothered by it, having a conversation with your partner in the sun lounger next to you is almost impossible. The waterslides are good fun but the other hotels in the surrounding area seem to have larger versions. The seas a little murky and not very inviting however they do a good job in providing shade on the beachfront. I must add that all of the staff (including entertainment team screaming over the poolside mic) are very welcoming and friendly. Great customer service, especially highlighted by being given towels and shower access after checking out but with a late airport departure. A mention should be made for the ground and cleaning staff. The place is immaculate, the cleanliness or the whole complex is fantastic. We paid a fraction of the advertised price as we booked last minute and slightly off season with the hotel maybe half full from our guess. We felt like we just about got our money's worth at this reduced price but would be very disappointed if we had paid the full amount. We are lucky to have stayed in hotels all over the world and unfortunately this one was short of our expectations especially as a supposed 5 star resort. We wouldn't return and would advise others to try slightly more modern looking hotels in the same area if they are set on Antalya.

Firstly I would like to say that the hotel is really lovely. The staff are really friendly and can’t do enough for you, in fact they work so hard and are very proud of their hotel. Sadly I had a really bad experience in terms of dealing with a German guest/ family. Before I go a head I would like to express this is not a complaint about all the German guests, and this is an isolated incident to one particular family. My son is nine years old and autistic, due to him being extremely vulnerable I still take him in the female toilet because he is scared to go alone in the men’s. When I say he comes in with me, I would to stress that if the toilet is full we would check first it’s ok for him to enter, or we would more than happily wait outside until it’s empty. Sadly on this occasion we entered the toilet and the German lady and her daughter started screaming in my sons face you shouldn’t be in here!! Now the English wasn’t good, but good enough to insult us and scare the hell out of him. This vile lady then went to go outside in the seating area to tell all her family who then all felt the need to point and GLARE at him. My son was traumatised!! And thank god it didn’t cause a massive autistic meltdown! We didn’t intentionally go in there and are always respectful of anyone in there toilet! To some this might sound very trivial, but I would never shout at anyone’s children, and anyone with a child with additional needs will totally feel how upsetting this. What was really sad was even at breakfast and dinner the same family continued to point and stare at my son, which lead me to going to guest relations. Guest relations were absolutely fantastic and extremely kind and understanding. I don’t know her name but she was in the office at the back with dark hair, she really understood autism and how hard it is to be away from home. She really was lovely!! I don’t know the reception team names but they was really good too. Turkey really love children and I appreciate the kindness they showed. I enjoyed the holiday, and the hotel was absolutely stunning, but sadly I wouldn’t return because I think travelling with a child with additional needs, it would be easier to find a hotel more British based clientele due to them understanding probably more.

This hotel is by far the best we have stayed in from the outside it is spectacular but even more when you get inside the lobby it actually feels like a palace.we stayed on the 8th floor with a little view of the sea the rooms are very clean and spacious and beds are comfortable air con was an essential as it was 41 degrees the room was lovely and cool.food at the main restaurant were great a really good variety and had a theme night most nights day time food was of a good quality too and lots to choose from.the entertainment throughout the day was great from the pool games the water aerobics and darts.night time entertainment was of a top standard and really enjoyed them All waiters work so hard and was never without a drink long and always came with a smile we had an absolutely amazing time but was made more amazing from the entertainment team from early morning to late at night they constantly did not stop thank you all so much❤️ There was one person that went above and beyond to make our stay remarkable and that was Omer he always made us laugh with his wicked sense of humour and his never ending dance moves he always had us smiling 🙂 Omer the man the myth the legend may you continue to make all the holiday makers smile we will forever class you as our friend 🥰 Shout out to jimmy too for making our holiday special and we can’t thank you and your entertainment team enough we will definitely return

Had the best holiday ever here! The hotel is stunning! The food is fantastic, so many options. The kids club and animation team are excellent, they work so hard and the children love them. Never visit a hotel more than once as I like to move around, but I will be coming back. A special shout out to Halil,gizem chef ,Melisa, Efe, Evelina, Sudenaz xx

We chose this beautiful hotel as we wanted a restful and relaxing holiday in the sun with plenty for our children to do and that is exactly what we got. This was our first ever holiday in Turkey and it completely exceeded our expectations. The value for money is exceptional for the standard of hotel and all inclusive food and drink options. The hotel lobby area definitely has the wow factor! The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. We liked that the hotel has definite Turkish style. The pool is enormous and perfectly laid out in sections but all joined. The slides were great fun and plenty for all ages. The private beach was a treat and we made good use of the jetty and pontoon with bar area. It was very hotel the week we visited but there was always areas of seating or beds in the shade. The food is of a very good standard and each member of our family was happy. We would like to make a special mention for our fantastic waiter - Sebahattin Kaya who provided the most exceptional hospitality and couldn’t do enough for us and made use feel welcome and valued. We don’t usually visit the same hotel twice but we will definitely be visiting this remarkable hotel again. Thank you

I enjoyed my stay as a family of 5 at this beautiful hotel. The rooms are tidy and spacious. I was situated on the 7th floor, I found this rather difficult when I had s child under 4 as the lifts got rather busy as times. The pool was amazing, biggest pool I’ve seen! Fantastic water slides! They had a brilliant set up for young children called the baby towers and my child absolutely loved it. There’s lots of entertainment programs on during the day and night. Plenty for kids. The pool bar and amphitheatre bar were lovely, it always felt like we were waited on. We never had to wait for a drink at all. The staff there cannot do enough for you. At the beach restaurant the food was lovely, they served a variety of food. We had the burgers and found they were lovely. Shame I can’t remember the waiters name there but he was lovely honestly couldn’t do enough for us. The main restaurant I found the service and the staff outstanding. A big shout out to Hassan he was always our evening waiter and he honestly couldn’t do enough for us. Never left a glass empty. Our table was always ready for us. He was just amazing! Sadly I found the food not so great but I am writing this as a English tourist, I don’t think there is enough of a variety especially for breakfast. Overall I really enjoyed my holiday here I definitely would return! Thank you so much for a brilliant stay.

Such a stunning hotel ! The pool is beautiful with something for everyone . The animation team was awesome , especially Omar! Omar made our holiday very memorable and made us all laugh everyday can’t thank him enough ! Lots of activities throughout the day and the entertainment in the night was amazing !
