Very Clean and calm hotel , the issue is road to it not in main public road , nice breakfast but they have to add coffee kind other than American coffee to buffet ticket , very supporting staff

Pros: Staff are very friendly. Most of them are able to communicate in English which is not that common in Trabzon. Suits are roomy with lots of natural light and a breathtaking view. The lounge is located at the top story with a big balcony looking towards the lake. Breakfast is diverse enough for a week of visit. There is the lake to visit in walking distance. There is a bus station (line 208) and a Dolmuś station in walking distance from the hotel. Cons: Room service was OK. Not the best, but enough to keep us satisfied. The hotel is a bit far from the city. So each travel to the eastern part of the city costs around 100-140TL. Staff are not that helpful when it comes to the transportation. Best they could do for us was to call up a taxi while there is a “Dolmuś” (Turkish minibus transport) station literally in front of the hotel! Food is too expensive in this hotel but as expected the quality was good. All in all, combined the general service I got here, the quality of rooms, the view and the calmness of the place, I would totally recommend this hotels. I enjoyed my visit and am thankful of the staff who made my visit trouble free.
