As i have book a room in this hotel and stay was very much nice and room ambience is too nice like to stay again in this hotel and food service is very much nice and food taste was good location of the hotel at good place people were nice in this hotel too much helpful guy like as shashank standing at reception i will again stay in this hotel

All was good except AC problem and repair need for bathroom. Further morning breakfast must be added more items for guest also. Staff is cooperative specially swimming coach. Overall experience is good and may recommended for other for stay

Very poor management, untrained staff, illiterate staff, especially the one at swimming pool, i even described to supervisor and manager but no response. Breakfast menu to be highly improved. No water in the washrooms, no soap in the soap dispenser. Completely a time waste. Hotel is really very nice but the owners should highly look into staff management and food quality.

This Is the nice hotel to stay and services was very nice and most of the help ful guy at front desk Shashank , Ashish, rimaya ,Mahender was the too much help Gul guy and food was amazing and services was very nice welcome drink on arrival and luggage reach at room with Mr Sunil

we booked a suit ,it had 2 tv, but none were working . No remotes in the room , 1 TV didn't have a setup box only. It took them good 5 hours to fix the TV. There was no shampoo or body soap in the wash room. We had taken breakfast and dinner inclusive package. There was no buffet at dinner time. Fixed menu was there for dinner , only 1 nonveg dish was allowed for 2 people and only 2 pieces of chicken were served. Breakfast was just ok as majorly d dishes were served cold. In all it was a BLUNDER staying there. Housekeeping was pathetic.

Hotel is peacefully located. Rooms are spacious and staff is very cooperative. Especially Mr. Ashish their manager who helped us alot during our stay.Even Shashank at front office is also helpful. Will surely visit again and recommend it to family and friends.
