A small hotel near Aeon. Three stories tall? I think that's how it was. It is difficult to use public transportation, but if you use your own car, the location is easy to find and the parking lot is wide and easy to use. Of course, the parking lot is free and you can take it in and out freely. I used the Hollywood twin room this time, but it was a fairly spacious room, the bath was independent, and the shower head was a miracle shower. I was excited to use it for the first time, but I was not particularly impressed with the feeling that fine water droplets came out. Breakfast did not have many kinds of side dishes, but it was delicious. Also, you can go to Kagoshima Airport in about 20 minutes on the lower road. On the other hand, it is better to wait 30 to 40 minutes in the less crowded time to Kagoshima City, and 1 hour or more in the morning.

National route １０ upward. The appearance is called loveho or Pachinko palace style. The interior is a Ro-shaped one-room condominium style. The parking space with the roof is certainly narrow. There is a little margin without the roof. The toilet and bathroom are separate and stylish on the floor. The large suitcase is tight to open and close. It is not an auto lock. Walking distance to Aeon Town, but the food corner is located in the farthest West block and is difficult to buy large. Breakfast is full of small dishes using local ingredients. Miso soup is a white miso that is instant.

Hotel Kyocera is probably one of the largest hotel in Kirishima. It has two buildings ( main and annex) and looks quite good architecturally. They are connected by a bridge on the 3 floor which has the walking escalator- and a display of the various places that have been listed as world heritage sites in Japan. Inside the main building, there is a glass church which is ideal for weddings. In the basement, there is a large onsen, and spa. It is certainly a good place for having a holiday. The overall condition of the rooms are good- and the rooms are of good size. My room faces the East and has a perfect view of sunrise! The Shiroyama Hotel in Kagoshima is an old five-star hotel founded in 1963. The current Emperor and Empress of Japan have stayed here. It may not be an exaggeration to say that this hotel is the best hotel in Kagoshima. The address of this hotel is located on the top of Shiroyama, the site of the Southwest War. A 5-minute walk from the hotel entrance is the Shiroyama Observation Deck where you can overlook Sakurajima. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to Kagoshima JR Station, which runs every half hour. All hotel staff are friendly and well-trained. The facilities inside the hotel are very complete and there are many restaurants, including Japanese restaurants and Western restaurants. I personally recommend the semi-buffet lunch at The Lounge Casablanca on the 4th floor. There are a variety of appetizers and soups to choose from. For the final dessert, the waiter will push a cart to you and ask you what you want. The hotel has its own bakery and dessert shop, and its desserts also have a counter in Kagoshima JR Station. The hotel's large bathhouse has an open-air hot spring. Sitting in the hot spring, you can overlook Sakurajima in the distance. The most important thing is that this hotel is not expensive! If I go to Kagoshima next time, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

Certainly there was a shopping mall on the 1st floor, and it felt like a recent hotel, and the inside of the building was beautiful with the impression that it was renovated or newly built. The structure is the front desk on the 7th floor and the guest rooms on the 8th to 14th floors. The 15th floor is a restaurant and breakfast is here, and on a sunny day, you can see Sakurajima, and I think there is no complaint about the local dishes like Kagoshima. However, the deduction point was the following points ● There is no parking lot at the hotel. Since the parking lot is a little far away, I think that if you have luggage, you really need a parking lot. It can't be helped in the structure anymore, but I got the impression that it would be a little painful to carry heavy luggage when I came by car. ● If the affiliated parking lot is a little far away, it's fine when checking out (if it's not rainy), there's no problem, but I got the impression that it would be a little hard if it was raining. ● The content of the restaurant in the morning is fine, but I think there are many guests who come for the specialty ”chicken rice”. However, the impression that the frequency of the ingredient replenishment is slow because there is only soup stock and rice left insufficient replenishment. The staff kindly responded. It is a suburban guest house, but it is polite and clean. There was a restaurant and there seemed to be many guests used in the event.

It is a business hotel located in the downtown Astronomical Museum of South Kyushu, but I was able to sleep as rare as I could, saying that I only called myself ”Rem” and slept until I was woken up by an alarm clock. The streetcars and buses were running on the road just in front of me, but I didn't care about the noise at all. １ I had breakfast for the night, so I had it at the Tully's in the building, but it was quite well organized and fulfilling. I was able to choose from hot dog pancake toast.

Highly recommend this hotel if you stay in Kagoshima for a short time! The location being inside the JR Station is very convenient, and the hotel was clean. Had a lot of free amenities, like some epsom salt bath! The room itself is a typical small room like you see everywhere in Japan. Would definitely recommend if you visit Kagoshima!

Hotels in Japan are relatively luxurious and have ample space. If you go to the hot springs in the morning, you can even see the unparalleled sea view of Sakurajima. It is well worth the price.
