A clean and attractive entrance via a busy little village offered us a pleasant welcome on arrival setting the tone on a positive note for this hotel. Open only 5 days into the season when we visited, the hotel was fresh and staff were keen to help. Our room was sizeable with a modern feel. The frosted glass-fronted toilet was sufficiently private for us but the walk-in small glass shower area was too open to relax in. The Corfu sewage system can’t cope with toilet paper so you have to wipe and place used toilet paper in the bin at the side. This is somewhat tramatising bucking the habits of my 70+ years but I took comfort from the guide books which tell you this is normal in Corfu. The TV offered mostly German TV channels or programmes dubbed into German but had CNN and Sky news in English to keep in touch if wanted. The gardens were lovely and the designation of child-free areas allowed mature people such as us or childless visitors to find a tranquil spot to swim and dine. The lunch buffet offered a wide range of foods to suit all tastes and diets. Healthy options were plentiful. We took the All-Inclusive option allowing us to choose from a range of about of the 6/12 of the cocktails on offer. Conveniently close to the airport, we would recommend this hotel.

Hotel is very nice, food is exceptional. Bar staff are great. The sun is an extra (a little burnt). However Alex from the entertainment team went above and beyond; high energy, inclusive and an asset too the hotel, he is great! Will come back for sure!

I will start with the positives. The hotel is set in beautiful grounds and is close to the beach. There are some sunbeds on the beach, with a 6 euro fee normally. It is close to restaurants/ bars/ shops and there is a lovely atmosphere down by the beach in the evenings. The buffet food was generally good, a lot of Greek dishes. Breakfast was particularly good. The bar areas are nice. Staff were friendly and hardworking. However despite the above, there are things that currently let the hotel down. The main pool was a dirty cloudy green colour when we arrived. However it is the only pool next to the slides, so we presumed it was safe. Two days into our holiday this pool was shut. Our daughter became ill the same day and is still not fully recovered 6 days later. The rep told us this was a gastro bug going round the hotel. But I am not totally convinced it wasn't linked to the dirty water. I would have expected a hotel with a gastro bug to have implemented additional measures, such as someone standing at the entrance of the restaurant with hand gel, making it a requirement (we have been to other hotels pre covid which do this all of the time). There were no visible additional measures. Closing the main pool created a lot of pressure on the smaller, reception pool. We were unable to get a sunbed there. So were left sitting around the smelly, unusable pool. The slides are open, but the pool linked to this is solely for people coming off the slides, for safety reasons. Due to mobility issues I was unable to walk round to use the reception pool regularly, so for me, the only access to water was the ankle deep baby pool. This was not the holiday we had looked forward to. The pool was drained and refilled, but still looked the same and was shut. I have added pictures of the refilled pool to this review. Room- we had a room with a great view. The beds were comfortable and our 13 year old managed fine on the sofa bed. The air-conditioning was brilliant . The toilet had a door, but the bathroom didn't. We knew this when booking, so just worked round this. Housekeeping- one of the curtains was hanging off the rail, we eventually got this fixed. By far the biggest issue for us was the room towels. Despite being 3 of us, we were only left 3 bath towels on two days. We did complain, but this was an almost daily thing and my husband had to use the hand towel some evenings. Overall this was a disappointing experience, and a reflection of the difficulties on the specific week of our stay. The hotel has great potential, and all of the above points can be rectified, unfortunately not in time for our holiday, hence the lower score.

We thoroughly recommend this resort for couples or families. Excellent facilities and with a separate adults pool everybody is well catered for. The food is excellent with great choices to suit all tastes. The rooms are of a very good standard and the maid service was every day and always left spotlessly clean. All I can say is from reception to ground staff everyone was friendly, courteous and really helpful. We can’t wait for our next stay at this hotel!

Hello, we went with 2 teenage girls and a mum to this resort. It was very nice and much bigger than looks on pictures with 3 pools and water slides. The room was good but only one key card allowed per family and key card had to be in room to use aircon chargers etc which could get annoying. Pools were very clean but parasoles sometimes broken and very busy. The food in the buffet was unreal. Not a huge array of choice but everything served was delicious and hot. Much better than other all inclusive buffets. Good for vegetarians and pescetarian and even had a vegan section! The deserts were unreal! Location was really lovely - there was a beach ***** with beach bars along the beachfront which were lovely and other restaurants. A la carte restaurant is not included in price but went once and the food was lovely. There was evening entertainment which was very lively but wasn’t the best (no fancy shoes etc) but they had quiz with the audience dressing up etc. They did bring in traditional Greek dancers one night to match the theme of the Greek night cuisine in the restaurant buffet but these dancers were not the best and looked confused. Lots to do around like a boat trip to Corfu town was lovely and other trips like driving a hire boat around. Unfortunately if you have u16 year olds the bed is not comfortable. It is a sofa (not sofa bed) and is rock hard with a sheet on top. One of the girls (age 14) had their legs over the end of the bed. Not impressed and hotel couldn’t change bed as that is all they have. Overall really good holiday and had a lovely time. Lovely atmosphere and staff (apart from one ginger lady in reception who kept rolling her eyes when we asked for some more pillows).

Nice enough for a family stay. The kids really enjoyed it! Busy at meal times, as can be expected. There was a nice variety of choices. We much preferred the pool area on the kids world section, it was rather unkempt on the other side. The evening entertainment was good. The grassy areas need more attention to keep them neat.

The hotel itself is in a lovely location near the beach, pool areas are nice and waterslides are great for the kids. The animation team and bar staff are lovely and do a great job. Unfortunately the food is awful. I have stayed in several all inclusives before and this did not match up. For a 10 night stay, we had breakfast about 3 times and ate out for dinner about 6 times. They could really do with themed nights or live cooking stations. Same food every day and really strange options. No cold meat available at lunch so you can't even make sandwiches. Cleaniness of toilets by the Blue Bar and Snack Bar is awful. They are absolutely filthy, constant pool of water in them. Also for the whole time I was there, there was no soap available to wash your hands in there. Staff from ice cream stand and bar are using these toilets too and obviously cannot wash their hands properly. The management walk around all day giving orders but seem to have no interest in feedback or helping their staff. Not a great impression overall from management, could do better.
