We have just spent a week here with our two children ages 7 and 10, the hotel was better than anticipated, beautiful room and grounds, nice buffet and staff were pleasant. The location is good, not too far from the airport so we did go back to corfu town for a visit one day and it’s right next to the river and beach so easy to catch a boat trip too which we did. Bus stop right outside and a nice little beach with a few shops and restaurants. The children loved seeing fish in the sea with their snorkels. The only negative would be that the evening entertainment was a little lacking. One night there was traditional dancing with music which we throughly enjoyed but the rest of the nights we didn’t see anything much apart from a bit of music playing and a quiz (in French). The daytime entertainment was enjoyed - aqua aerobics and pool football, my son enjoyed using the ping pong table. We had comfortable sleep whilst here and it wasn’t noisy at all.

What an amazing hotel that offers a bit of everything. First of all the food is AMAZING! Rooms are brilliant (paid extra for own private pool and definitely worth it) grounds lovely, main pool area is stunning and very comfortable. Staff are great especially Niki who made our stay unforgettable! Drinks are all top brands, special hotel I would definitely recommend to everyone I speak to.

The location of the hotel is very handy for the beach with its sunbeds on the peninsula. The beach front has plenty of quiet bars and restaurants. While the road to the hotel has some very nice shops, cafes serving nice coffee and a pizza bar playing Ibiza vibe music ( but at a volume in keeping with the feeling of the resort). The hotel itself has 3 different pool areas to suit all tastes with plenty of sunbeds for June. The three restaurants were all very nice when not dining in the buffet restaurant. Although the waiting staff were a little too enthusiastic to clear the table between courses. In the buffet restaurant there was an excellent choice of quality food for breakfast and evening meals. However coffee for breakfast was hard to come by, with a machine that most people couldn't work out how to use. And waiting staff not being on the ball which is our only criticism. They were always friendly and kept things tidy. Our room was lovely, comfortable, clean and very modern. We liked the layout of the hotel.

At check-in, we were told that we had been given a beautiful room. I find that hard to believe, considering that with a one-year-old child and a stroller, we have to carry everything up a flight of stairs to reach it. Keep in mind that I have to do this four or five times a day. When we entered the room, it was clear that it had not been properly cleaned. There was a coffee cup with old coffee still inside, a dusty kettle, and a coffee machine containing stagnant water that had clearly been sitting there for a long time. We had also requested a child safety gate, but none had been installed. In the bathroom, there were toothpaste stains left by the previous guest. When I pointed this out, a staff member cleaned it with her finger in an annoyed manner, as if I were exaggerating. Seriously? I paid €4,000 to stay here. I expected an apology and a properly cleaned room, not to be treated as though I was causing a problem. That was only the first day. On the second day, the room was barely cleaned, and the beds were made with very little care. I make beds better at home. We complained to the manager, but nothing changed the following day. For three days, there was a piece of bread left on the floor, and my wife’s hair tie remained exactly where it had fallen. Eventually, we complained to the housekeeping manager, and things finally improved. For a few days, the beds at least appeared to be made professionally. Unfortunately, today the room was cleaned again and the beds were once more made as if by my three-year-old daughter. Now, let’s talk about the restaurant service. There seems to be very little consideration for guests. When you sit down, nobody offers you a drink. In most hotels, staff bring water or bread immediately and then take your order. Here, I have eaten several meals without a drink because nobody came to ask whether I needed anything. If you are lucky enough to order a drink, nobody comes back to check whether you would like another one. If you are not ready when they first ask, they do not even bring water, and often nobody returns later to take your order. The buffet food is often dry, and many items are of poor quality. For example, the chicken wrap is made with processed meat scraps rather than proper pieces of chicken. The ice cream cones taste like cardboard, and the ice cream itself is low quality. Even the vanilla ice cream lacks the characteristic vanilla bean specks you would expect. Plates are rarely cleared from the table until the end of the meal. If you visit the buffet several times, you end up eating surrounded by stacks of dirty dishes. The staff are often unfriendly. In particular, some of the employees at the snack bar seem annoyed whenever you ask for something. The cocktails are acceptable only because they are included in the all-inclusive package. If I had paid €12 for a Spritz served without an orange slice, I would have complained. Likewise, I would not have accepted paying for a beer served half full

I have very good impression after my staying in hotel Apollo Pałace. Beautiful big garden with hundreds of roses, excellent food. The most of all I like three separated areas with three swimming pools and different extend of noice! Very easy and short way to sea beach- close to the evening greek restaurants at the sea beach. Everything excellent!

We stayed here for 11 nights May 2026. Family of 6 adults and one child age 5. Wow what a fantastic holiday we have had, today is our last day and we are all sad to be going home tomorrow. Special thank you goes to Mrs Niki manager of the asordor restaurant,we ate breakfast here 9 out of our 11 nights so much nicer than a buffet style breakfast in my opinion ! And wow dinner is like being in top class London restaurant. Cory fo restaurant was fantastic 5* The Buffett for lunch and dinner is also one of the best buffets in an all inclusive hotel we have had, Lots of choices both for adults and children, the children have their own buffet which they serve themselves our 5 year old Granddaughter absolutely loved this. Waiter service for drinks, The lobby bar is very nice for after dinner with live music until 10pm nightly, Good choice of alcoholic and soft drinks available until midnight, Daily activities are in the children’s pool area daily, We are already looking at booking for next year, Outside the hotel on the river is captain Homer boat trips, We can highly recommend a boat tour with them €38 per adult ,we had such a lovely day. If you like Gyros Mos family butchers in the Villiage is a must visit,10/10 for service and the food was delicious.

Fabulous hotel! Good value experience. Really hard to find any fault with this hotel. The location is perfect, right by the river and sea, a short stroll to tavernas, markets and bars. My boys fished nearby and we spotted lots of wildlife including coypu and fireflies. We hired a car so drove to Corfu town (40min drive) and explored further south of the island to some more beautiful beaches. We had a private pool room- beautifully decorated and modern, clean and beautifully furnished with table/chairs and Sun-beds, shower was lovely and beds pretty comfortable. Housekeeping every day, with fresh towels and bedding, restocked coffee pods etc. All of the pools are gorgeous and clean, mostly empty as they’re not heated! Refreshing though! The beds around the pools and all of the furniture throughout the hotel is high quality and very comfortable. The food is amazing, the specialty restaurants are great although the Italian one hadn’t yet opened. The farm to fire restaurant in particular is very good. We were half board, so could choose three al a carte visits with no charge. There is a good drink selection, but a bit pricey for the nicer stuff, so we bought some drinks at the mini market instead, as well as enjoying cocktails locally. There seemed to be activities on but this wasn’t really advertised, we generally prefer to do our own thing but the Greek night was fun. The staff are lovely, especially the housekeeping, gardeners, shop staff and staff in the spa. We had a couples massage and sauna which was perfect. However, one thing I will mention, the staff on reception on our arrival were very quiet, miserable, serious and flat. There is no friendly atmosphere there, it actually felt a bit hostile and awkward. The hotel should maybe consider that this is the first impression of the hotel and when guests arrive all happy and excited and are met with those faces it feels a bit depressing! We had to wait hours for our room and told are luggage would be put somewhere safe, when we returned over an hour later our cases remained in the lobby, which we didn’t feel was a safe place to leave them. They didn’t explain there were changing room and facilities to make us comfortable whilst we waited, to use the pools etc, and we did feel that the wait for our room was a bit excessive! Luckily after this we found all other staff were lovely, friendly and smiley. I think some staff were new as it was the beginning of the season, so maybe just finding their feet. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and would love to return.

Unfortunately we were disappointed with our stay. We had a premium room with a private pool which was very good aside from the algae build up in the pool. However that room made the cost of the holiday really frustrating given the low 4 star overall experience (they were advertised as a 5star at the time of booking). The all inclusive drinks package was limited in serving size and range, especially if trying to avoid alcohol and sugar, and always served in plastic at the main bar (including in the evening). Even the hot drinks (tea/coffee) were served in plastic at the blue bar but even the highest graded plastic cups have a max safe temperature of 83°c to avoid chemical leaching - so that’s just unsafe. The main buffet restaurant was typically hectic and the food inconsistent - although the huge pork chops had in there one lunchtime were the best thing we ate. The Coryfo restaurant was good but the food in the other ala carte restaurants was underwhelming. The snack bar food was inedible (chips even come out cold) and closely guarded by wasps (much like all the external bars). The pool areas were good, and the slides great for the size of resort, but the sun beds around the slide pools are mostly on grass and the sandy soil stains everything. The hotel took any opportunity not to turn on the slides and they are closed in the middle of the day. The daytime children’s club was good and the staff attentive but the evening child’s entertainment was an outside disco in a drab corner of patio. The gym was tiny and a waste of time. And most of the staff (80% ish) seemed so miserable. The extension to the buffet restaurant kitchen to accommodate their expansion is poor and the external parts unsightly. My favourite anecdote sort of sums up the experience- when challenged on why the reception had our credit card details printed in full (with security codes) on a paper form they answered…. “This is an international business that’s how all hotels do it”. In truth even tiny businesses are required to adhere to the payment card industry rules if they are to have a card machine. This means using an encrypted payment portal for online payments and not emailing themselves the details to punch into a machine later. In summary the offering at the hotel, especially as they list themselves as “officially 5 stars”, is all just a bit naive and not well considered. They were cutting too many corners to be credible as a luxury hotel. It would have been an excellent cheap holiday if they embraced the low 4 star rating and priced accordingly (and had ALFA non alcoholic beer on tap).
