Went with my mom and had a great trip. The hotel is pretty discretely tucked away, but very close to the bus stop. The room is a good size and comfortable winter coat was provided for those going out to an onsen. They even had heated blankets!

Simple is the best ! The location, price and service are great, no need to think about . If I visit again , Kusatsu Onsen Futabaya for sure will be my first choice ! 😉

Quiet and comfortable, it feels great. Can you stay here again next time, housekeeper? The guy was nice, I just casually asked if he could take me to the bus station because my luggage was heavy and hard to push ~
