This hotel looks really good in the pictures but has no hospitality or manors towards guests, and unfortunately towards Caucasian women. I asked for help when trying to make an international call and I got told "no phone calls" even though their was a line of phones to use. I also asked the receptionist for more toilet roll for our apartment at around 7pm and we didn't get any until 4pm the next day. I reminded them every time I had to walk to reception to use the toilet! I also asked to use their printer to print out our boarding pass and the receptionist said "printer not working" then I spoke to a lovely guy doing the tours in the hotel, he helped and told me to watch as a male had just got something printed and 2 other Caucasian women were told the same as me that the printer wasn't working. The breakfast was rubbish, consisting of rice, hard boiled eggs, omelette cheese and pastry. The hotel is on a hill so sunbathing by the pool is a no as it's constantly windy, plus have to get own beds out of a cabin. When we asked what time our shuttle was to the airport to go home was as love holidays didn't have a time on their website but it said the hotel would have an email confirming it the receptionist asked if we booked through them we said no and he just said doesn't know and ignored us. We had to go to the lovely tour man who rang up for us and got the time. Sure it's the receptionists job to do that!
