這是我們住過的最最最舒適的酒店，夢幻般的環境，依山傍水，羣山環繞，酒店前面的小湖別有一番風情，酒店室內環境乾淨，空間寬敞，價位親民，早餐也不錯，本來我們起晚過了早餐時間，貼心的阿姨給我們熱了包子和粥，真心感謝，老闆更是耐人尋味的介紹小鎮的特色及優美景點，強烈推薦給遠離城市喧囂，喜歡大自然，親近大自然的你們！

非常棒！我們臨時決定在阿爾山多待一天住白狼鎮附近，所以找了半天，憑感覺定了這家。本來被阿爾山鎮上的住宿傷的要死（又停電又停水的，整體環境都不好），就怕又住的不好。沒想到意外的好，酒店還給我們升級了家庭房，房間真的超級大，而且房間整體裝修真的很符合我們江浙滬一帶的要求。門口的景色也特別棒，酒店的用水是24小時的，衞生間是乾濕分離的，不僅有淋浴間還有浴缸，很適合度假長期住。另外，早餐也很棒，雖然簡單，但是竟然吃到了一路上都沒有的油條和豆漿，秒回江蘇～以後有機會還要來住～

1.衞生:進房間第一眼，桌子上全是油，床上用品沒有換，枕頭都是睡過的褶子。毛巾打開裡邊都是頭髮，也沒有換過。水杯上和淋浴間全是水印，下水道反味嚴重。
2.房間撥打前台電話永遠提示空號。
3.早餐:衹有包子雞蛋油條小米粥豆漿，先到先得，吃完就沒了，就算沒到閉餐時間也不會再上新的。
4.凍死個人！凍死個人！凍死個人！沒有任何取暖設備！
5.前台服務一般，沒有24小時前台。

衞生是真的差，地上都是灰絮和頭髮，感覺都沒打掃過，關鍵第二天跟前台交代了好好打掃一下，也沒給我打擾，管理是真的差。枕頭上還有血跡。酒店硬件還是可以的，熱水和床墊都不錯，就是管理該加強了，不然這麼好的設施都浪費了。

不做過多評價，貼圖讓大家自己看吧。不知道是前幾個客人用完的牙刷就在床頭底下，廁所面盆裏還有香菜，杯子特別臟，地上都是方便麪渣和頭髮，還有死蒼蠅，廁所裏還有煙灰，可能就給換了毛巾和床單被罩吧。

環境不錯，出門比較急自己沒帶熱水壺，酒店的熱水壺洗了好幾遍才敢用。第二天早上想跟前台拿多一瓶礦泉水但是被告知沒有。
沒有空調或電熱毯，晚上吃完飯回酒店七點左右，比較冷，衹能先洗熱水澡，早上起床的時候也比較冷，全靠一身正氣。

酒店外環境好美，青山綠水，白雲倒映在小池中。店內環境更是高大上，房間不僅大，還對着窗外美景，前台小姐姐更是貼心的贈送了早餐。但是，衞生打掃得不乾淨，地毯上很多頭髮，上個住客的垃圾還在。
