Close to the airport, it should be the best hotel in Addis! The breakfast is particularly rich, with Western, Ethiopian specialties, and even a Chinese food corner. The hotel is large, like a maze, and the gym is also good, with new and complete equipment. Will stay here next time!

A nice hotel with amenities (hot water supply, bed comfort,Wi-Fi) in good shape. Also you can relax in the pool or enjoy the on-site spa. Room rate is significantly lower than other big name hotel brands in Addis Ababa.

The hotel is a four-star hotel under the domestic Jinjiang Inn. The environment is really good. The service staff is very good. English is also good. There is a free pick-up service at the terminal t2 of the airport. It is highly recommended.

I stayed in Hotel Lobelia for a total of 5 nights during 3 separate times in July. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 10min drive from Bole international airport, & a free hotel airport shuttle is provided. This was perfect for me as I had to fly in & out of Addis Ababa a couple of times as I traveled around Ethiopia. Besides being close to the airport, the hotel is also very close to many other establishments, such as restaurants, cafes, shops, mall, etc. There is also an ATM just outside the hotel lobby so this was extra convenient. The 3 different rooms I stayed in during my 3 separate stays were all spacious, satisfactory, & clean. The bed was quite comfortable, & the wifi worked well in the room. There was also a separate seating area. A menu for the restaurant, as well as all the services offered by the hotel are also conveniently provided on the desk in the room. The bathrooms are quite small, however, and can use some upgrades, but overall it was fine, and the hot water shower was great. On one of my stays, I did end up getting upgraded to one of the suites, which was a very big room with a very big bathroom. They serve a buffet breakfast which typically included traditional Ethiopian dishes, and sometimes eggs & pancakes, in addition to toast, fruits, juices, coffee, & tea. Besides breakfast, food is available all day at their restaurant, as well as room service. The food at the restaurant is quite good so I did eat here a couple of times. Laundry service was also good – I dropped it off just before 8:30am & got it back just after lunch. They also have luggage storage, which I used to store my big backpack, while I traveled to other parts of Ethiopia with just a small backpack. The overall service is really good here; plus, all the staff, from the reception to the restaurant to the shuttle service, are really nice, friendly, & accommodating. There was always someone to answer any questions and provide any assistance needed, which I really appreciated. This hotel is definitely good value for a short stay in Addis Ababa with easy access to the airport.

Very excellent hotel, the location is great, very clean from inside and outside. I hope they get a better system of knowing that travellers are coming, and while all booking are done online, plus paid. Asking for confirmation number, is a great way to start. I’m not writing this review to say anything bad about this hotel, but I have been in a very smaller hotel than this, and they automatically know that I have a confirmation, and booking has been done. Meanwhile, the biggest hotel they should know quickly than that. I love the stuff they are very great. I love the breakfast, but with the price of the rooms, I think that breakfast should be included in the rooms. I really appreciate the generosity. I Also, look forward in the future stay there. Room need update very poor facilities but i can't request anymore orther than country conditions I appreciate workers cooporation and listen to customers and breakfast and meals were very good taste 👍🏾👍🏾 like coffee and papaya juice Thanks for short stay in transit time

Breakfast is very good, can be an extra bed, very good with children, the hotel has a parking lot, the location is great, the overall is great, it is expensive, but the stay feels first-class, come back next time.

A blast from the past. Sure, overall the hotel is a little bit dated, but this only adds to the charm and makes it feel like a little piece of history. Staff is as well trained as you will find in Ethiopia, facilities are great (thermal heated pool!) and the setting is gorgeous.
