Everything was good however the assist could be better the outside staff was do nothing chatting saw customer take off from taxi with bag's but ignored until I approached them asking help with bag's to do check in.

Everything was great! We also had a good rest at the hotel on the roof in the pool, where caring excellent staff, especially the cool Ishan Anuradha, helped both in the gym and in the pool, and gave disposable tableware, generally a great person! Хорошо отдохнули и в отеле на крыше в бассейне, там заботливый отличный персонал особенно классный Ishan Anuradha он и в тренажёрном зале помог, и в бассейне, и дал одноразовую посуду, вообще отличный парень!

We are always coming back to this hotel because of the cheaper room rate, the staff is good, but sometimes the room is not properly clean, one time when we are staying, coffee mug is not clean, i think they just wash it with only water.

The hotel is located near the bus station. The room did not look very clean: there were hairs on the table, yellow stains on the nightstand, and there were drops of dried tea on the cups. I liked the speed of the Internet - the only thing that worked flawlessly.

Friendly staff but the hotel feels more like a 2 star and not a three star, for example, you need to request an iron and slippers. They don’t have lotion. Breakfast could be better. I guess because I was here during winter, the staff were too busy to respond quickly. Overall, and considering the cost, I’d recommend this hotel as a budget hotel with a good location.

Pros: 1. Friendly staff 2. Two 1.5 litre water bottles are provided every day, which was super nice because I didn’t have to buy water and carry it all the way up Cons: 1. Standard rooms are a few buildings away from the reception on the top (3rd) floor 2. When checking in, I was asked if I wanted a smoking or a non-smoking, and I said non-smoking. Perhaps I was misheard because of the mask, but the smoke stench in the room was very intense and the only window in the room opened at a roofless narrow wall, so that was the closest to fresh air I could get. However, when I checked in, I barely had time to check the room, so I didn’t notice any of these things. And by the time I did when I went back to the hotel, it was almost midnight. I tried to call the reception at around 11.40 but no one picked up, so I tried the room service but they didn’t pick up, either. And I don’t know if it was the smoke or what exactly, but the room felt haunted :D And no, I’m not joking. Room 709, if you’ve stayed there before. Oh, and when I first opened the bathroom door, I was welcomed with a horrible sewage stench. I somehow had to sleep amidst all this, which I did, around 1am. I woke up to pray Fajr at around 5am, packed my stuff, and never returned again. I went down to the reception and told them I tried calling but no one picked up and that I specifically asked for a non-smoking room and got a smoking one, instead. I also asked if I could get a room that is not at the third floor but I was told I had to pay more because all standard rooms are on the top floor. I explained that I can’t pay more, so I was given the key to 809, instead. Room 809 was way better, which makes me wonder why I was given the worst room as a first choice. Perhaps I was being punished for paying a discounted price.

What a memorable stay! Our family stayed from 13-15 Feb. It was our first stay at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers and everything surpassed our expectation. We were greeted with a welcoming drink while we were getting checked in. Next thing we know was we got an upgrade to a family suite on 17th floor, with a huge living room and open kitchen. It was late night when we checked-in, so it was until the next morning that we got jaw dropped by the stunning sea view from our room. Equipment in the room is premium, large screen TV, BOSE sound bar, coffee capsule machine, to list a few. And in the kitchen you could have all the utensils and tools needed to cook a dinner or even bake a cake. The room was generously stocked with bottled water, tea bags and coffee capsules. One thing I could not understand was that they provided travel-sized bottles of shampoo and body lotion in our bathrooms but no body wash. We had brought it with us so it was not a problem. However if the room had fixed pumping bottles of body cleansing and skincare, it would be more environmental friendly as well as providing convenience for guests. All staff we met were always pleasant, efficient and helpful. In our first morning, the breakfast restaurant was so full that the line queuing to get in was becoming long. Staff immediately arranged guests to sit at the restaurant next to it. As soon as we got our table, we got served. We were impressed by how nice and smooth things were handled by the team. Breakfast offered a wide range of food choices, from pastries to Asian noodles, from Indian curry to Lebanese cold mezz. I couldn't remember one that was not delicious. For me, make-to-order fresh juice station was the highlight. You can choose your fruit combination and staff get your drink ready within seconds! And don't miss out Observation Deck at 300! It was just steps away from the hotel. And it's free for hotel guest! You can get a 360 degree view of Abu Dhabi from 72th floor up high. The floor to ceiling spotless windows allow you to take great pictures. Please don't to be mistaken, windows in the hotel room are very clear, just not comparable to the Observation Deck. If there is a second time I travel to Abu Dhabi, Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers would definitely be my choice of stay. Conrad team, keep up the nice work!

Staff couldn’t be bothered to direct and assist to the room. The advertised swimming pool was not available as there was going to be a party till 3am. I received no prior notification of this. It was noisy and we couldn’t sleep even though we were on the side away from the party. There were no plugs next the bathroom mirror and no mirror in the room. I couldn’t style my hair with the straightener as I wanted. The room itself was very dark. The lighting was not adequate. The breakfast was very nice. Plenty of variety. The room was also tidy and clean.

I stayed with my friends in this resort and all I can say is EXCEPTIONAL. Everyone and everything was great. Great ‘Thank you’ to Amina Ceman front office manager she was so kind and she did her job perfectly. Rooms with the pool view are great, breakfast was delicious. Everything just above the expectations. If I ever visit Abu Dhabi again this will be my only option to stay.

I stayed in this hotel in two different occasions and I have been very happy. The hotel has a free shuttle from the airport,terminal A (it takes just 10 mins)and another one that brings you to the mayor attractions of Abu Dhabi. The room was nice and clean,breakfast was excellent (buffet) and as a plus there is a swimming pool on the top floor to chill a bit before taking the connection flight. The staff is very nice too.I recommend this hotel!
