The hotel is value of money. It provides free shuttle bus to Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and Qsar Al Watan which is a big advantage. However the shuttle bus schedule would change during Ramadan and it is suggested to always check with hotel shuttle bus schedule first

This was my first time encountering an issue when booking a hotel abroad. I arrived at the Capital Centre Arjaan by Rotana in Abu Dhabi after 9 PM. Check-in was smooth. Upon entering the room, I noticed it was newly renovated, with a strong smell of construction materials, even though the Ctrip homepage stated it was renovated in 2023. I immediately contacted customer service to resolve the issue, but since it was already past midnight, I couldn't book another room for that night. Ctrip's customer service was quite responsible. The agent I spoke with, Xiao Cheng, was a girl who was very capable at problem-solving. She helped me find a nearby hotel and asked me to pay for it first, with the understanding that I would negotiate with the platform later. Overall, I'd give the handling process a 7 out of 10, as the information displayed on the platform was indeed incorrect. However, this hotel has now changed its renovation year to 2025. I paid over 1000 AED for my stay, but the usual price is only around 500 AED. I hope everyone pays attention and doesn't overpay; this hotel's price is not worth over 1000 AED. If I have the chance to visit Abu Dhabi again in the future, I will still choose to book my rooms through Ctrip!

Good for short stay. Close to the mosque and not so far from the airport. Also free parking is a good thing.

Hotel located in very quiet area in outskirts of Abu Dhabi. It's only 30 min bus ride into city or Sheikh Zayed Mosque. Bus stop is outside the hotel. We had a great stay there. Breakfast selection was good. There are few very nice restaurants around which are definately worth going to.

The room rates soared during the F1 period. The room was very clean, and the shower had good water pressure and hot water. The only downside was that the sheets weren't changed once in 6 days. There were many holes in the sheets, but I didn't mind too much. The staff were all friendly.

My stay at the Capital Centre Arjaan by Rotana has immediately landed it at the top of my list for accommodation in Abu Dhabi. The hotel's location is prime, a mere two-minute walk to the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, which is a godsend for business travelers attending exhibitions. The area is also dotted with cafes and supermarkets, making daily errands and casual breaks incredibly convenient. The dining and leisure facilities exceeded expectations. The lavish English breakfast offered a wide variety of items, and the Western dinner dishes tasted authentic. The restaurant and bar have an elegant atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing drink after work. The outdoor pool is crystal clear and clean, and the fitness center is well-equipped.

The location is really good if you looking for business and government services nearby . ADNEC is just in front. The service staff are really friendly and respectful. Housekeeping team members Ibrahim was phenomenal. Gym equipment need to add more. Overall best for money.

Excellent hotel Smooth check-in and check-out process. Great customer care throughout. The morning reception team on 10th November were friendly and supportive. The only drawback was the limited breakfast options.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms are very clean with plenty of space to relax comfortably. The reception staff are friendly, and the reservation office was professional and cooperative. I really enjoyed the high-quality breakfast and the relaxing pool and jacuzzi areas. While the gym could have a little improvement, the overall experience was excellent. I would certainly recommend this hotel for its great service and welcoming atmosphere.

The room was clean and tidy overall, similar to a 'Ji Hotel' in China. The breakfast selection was decent, and kids eat free! This is great for families with children. You also get free parking with your room card!
