Disgusting approach by Khorosho club security Sail. Guy have no idea about manners or how to speak to guests. Violence, 0 education, angry for no reason. I hope hotel management will take this issue seriously and will consider this gentleman if he’s good enough to be a part of hotel team. Mr Abdukarim did his best to solve a problem but nerve succeed. Me and my friend are loyal guests to club Khorosho, but the way we were approached this time by security Sail was just unacceptable. Dear GM please take an action about Mr Sail to keep stay of guests safe. Sail has no clue what is being welcomed and how to solve problems without violence. Horrible security with horrible service. Hotel 0 stars just because of one person. Sail!!!

Worst restaurant and bar experience ever! I have visited the nepali bar which is in 4th floor of the hotel. And experienced such a disappointing service. Staff was so bad. Always look for a money and complimentary food from guest. If you looking for place to chill and relax with some entertainment filled with disappointment, this is the bar for you. The staffs didn't seem to care about our complaints either. Do not waste your time or money at this nepali bar. It's clear that they don't prioritize customer satisfaction. The waitstaff was unprofessional and very money minded... only look for a 💰 🤑 management needs to take a serious look at their staff. I cannot recommend this bar to anyone. Never ever will visit this nepali bar again. Save your money and go elsewhere. Stay way from this bar. Such a disappointing service.

I arrived on a night flight and appreciated the convenience of the hotel's shuttle bus located outside terminal A. The 24/7 Costa Coffee was a lifesaver for my late-night hunger. The staff were helpful, and the room was clean. However, the only downside was that most of the TV channels were not working.

Really great staff and building just a little far from beaches and things but a short walk from a big shopping market. Nice pool and massages and spa and roof top sheesha. Highly recommended

Start from a very smooth and professional check in with Thwea i don't exactly remember her name, the one who made the check in she is very professional with a very friendly lovely smile and a first class high manner, very special thanks to her for making our first and last impression and for her assistance during our stay, Good Job and Well Done to her and to the hiring professional employee. Then i got a wonderful coffee at the morning over the pool, with some team of the breakfast restaurant assistant all was a good experience my room was 607 it had a lovely view. Thank you all for the wonderful stay you make it and thanks you thwea for you assistance during the check in and out.. highly recommend to book the balacony room with sea view amd high floor

As soon you enter the hotel, you’re presented with a clean and polished lobby, and extremely helpful reception staff. Entering the room I was surprised by how spacious and very clean every thing was, as usual you’re provided with the customary tea, coffee & a kettle, a large wardrobe and 2 huge single beds (if you chose to stay in 2 bed unit). You also have a small glass table and a comfy chair to sit and work if needed, though the chair was a bit shorter than the table so the sitting position wasn’t too comfortable. Over all great service, most importantly very clean hotel with spacious rooms.
