The best hotel in this trip to the Northwest. We are traveling by car. I have seen reviews on Ctrip that the hotel parking lot does not have a direct elevator to the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel entrance, the security told us to park our luggage at the hotel entrance first. When we reached the door, the service staff came to help us drive the door and take the luggage. The attitude of the front desk staff is also very good. Although the hotel is not new, the room facilities are well maintained. The towel feel is very good among so many hotels I have stayed in. The quality of slippers is also great, better than many five-star brand hotels. Toiletries, dental appliances, etc. are all very good. I really like the fragrance of the toiletries, and I can feel that the preparation of the materials is also a lot of thought. The yogurt and apples were provided at the check-in. The yogurt was delicious, with a strong milk fragrance, and the apples were also very crisp and sweet. From all the details, you can feel the hotel’s care in service. I think this is very worthy of encouragement. After all, the continued epidemic has indeed had a great impact on the hotel industry. During this special period, we can insist on providing services with heart. And it is not easy to maintain quality in details. A little suggestion is to hope that the hotel can also keep up with the times in terms of operation. People who feel strong can directly destroy it. The hygiene is very rough, and it feels like cleaning the necessary place. The table in the room, the door panel of the bathroom and the washstand are all dirty and dusty. The bedside lamp is also bad. When I enter the door, there is a heavy toilet smell and sewer smell. The room has not been ventilated when I just opened it. The windows we opened are ventilated. In my opinion the hotel needs a refurb but is clean and tidy. The air con was a little noisy. The rooms were huge and had decent bathrooms. Little pricey but OK. When we arrived the staff were brilliant in helping us find our way around and offered great advise on where to go and places of interest. Breakfast was interesting which was mainly catered for the Indian palate. Overall, OK hotel.

The hotel is located right on Dahariz Beach and being able to watch the sunrises and sunsets on the Arabian Gulf on a quiet beach amplifies the enjoyment of the hotel (watching the full moon rise over the Arabian Gulf, feeling safe while walking the beach at night and being able to watch the sun rise and moon set is evocatively beautiful and forever has etched Salalah in my travel memories). The section of Salalah the hotel is located in is relatively quiet (the locals tend to come out after the heat of the day has abated and are wonderfully polite) The staff of Dolphin restaurant is so kind and the prices for food (which can be pricey in hotels) is beyond reasonable and delicious. The hotel staff with their legendary Omani hospitality makes Beach Resort Salalah a hotel with heart and a paradise on earth!

Overall one of the best hotels I ever stayed in. Side note; I live in the UAE, where 5 stars hotel are really common. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, the beds super comfy and the washrooms are every woman's dream (lightning, mirrors and amouage amenities). Staff is super attentive, accommodating and naturally friendly. They actually love what they do and we as guests can feel it's authenticity - which makes everything dining experience really special. The food was beyond delicious and the variety in the buffet made it hard to choose and even harder to not overeat. Congratulations to the management and leadership of the hotel team - you truly do an amazing job. I will definitely be back!

Excellent welcome and attentive staff. Quality hotel with careful service. Large tiled room, very clean, lounge area and beautiful balcony. Daily cleaning. Nothing to complain about except the bathroom, which quickly ”floods” after a shower. The breakfast buffet is well stocked: local dishes, cheese, fruit, waffles, etc. A very large playroom for children, as rarely seen. A very good, affordable address just opposite the large Salalah mall (22 OMR in early October). This is our 6th visit to the region and our best hotel.

I booked the Junior Suite and absolutely loved the room! The hotel is located right on Dahariz Beach and being able to watch the sunrises and sunsets on the Arabian Gulf on a quiet beach amplifies the enjoyment of the hotel (watching the full moon rise over the Arabian Gulf, feeling safe while walking the beach at night and being able to watch the sun rise and moon set is evocatively beautiful and forever has etched Salalah in my travel memories). The section of Salalah the hotel is located in is relatively quiet (the locals tend to come out after the heat of the day has abated and are wonderfully polite) The staff of Dolphin restaurant is so kind and the prices for food (which can be pricey in hotels) is beyond reasonable and delicious. The hotel staff with their legendary Omani hospitality makes Beach Resort Salalah a hotel with heart and a paradise on earth!

The hotel is well located, mosque was a 8 minutes walk away from the mosque, market and local attractions are close by as well as many restaurants nearby. In my opinion the hotel needs a refurb but is clean and tidy. The air con was a little noisy. The rooms were huge and had decent bathrooms. Little pricey but OK. When we arrived the staff were brilliant in helping us find our way around and offered great advise on where to go and places of interest. Breakfast was interesting which was mainly catered for the Indian palate. Overall, OK hotel.
