The service was excellence with special thanks to Ms. Andy and the Manager - Mr. York Chen. During my stay, although was just one day, York was very attentive to my request. He personally led us to our room after the check in. He will text me to update on the best timing to have breakfast, to view the light up of the hotel and more. Andy was very patience in helping me to checking. As it was our anniversary, Ms. Andy initiated on giving us a cake and a bottle of red wine for our celebration. Kudos to both of you.

Although the location of the hotel is relatively biased, the transportation is convenient, the room conditions are very good, free parking, breakfast is very rich, the front desk service is good, the check-in and check-out are very suitable for self-driving tours.

My friend and I had an incredible stay at one of the villas here. Yang, one of the English-speaking staff, was a wonderful host. When we arrived, he made sure the check-in process was a breeze, gave us a tour of the property and even made spa reservations for us. We loved relaxing in the hot springs (there are around 20 pools to chill out in!) which are included in the hotel price and located right on the property. The buffet breakfast was at the Sheraton, which is right beside the villas (this property and the Sheraton have the same owners). The breakfast spread was delicious and included a variety of western and Chinese options. The villa we stayed in was super spacious with comfy beds, living area and kitchen. All in all, we had an awesome weekend here and can't wait to come back in the summer so we can enjoy the outdoor pools. :)

A parent-child outing on the weekend. Nanxun Ancient Town is outstanding among the Jiangnan water towns. A newly opened hotel found on Ctrip temporarily. The location is about 2.2 kilometers away from the ancient town. They are all on the same line of Nanmen Street. The starting fee for taking a taxi to the ancient town is 500+ for a twin room on holidays, which is much more affordable than the 300+ on weekdays and 800+ on the day. The two young ladies at the hotel front desk are both kind and smiling. They also warmly remind the baby sitting on the trolley case not to bump his chin. The room configuration is a surprise. The hotel room type at this price has a porch and an independent cloakroom with bathrobes that feel good. The bathroom is not only spacious but also divided into three parts. The bathroom hardware is a full set of Kohler. The bedding is dry and white. Every corner of the room is cleaned without a stain. There is also a ventilation window that can be opened 🔛 The mattress is very supportive. The twin room can be put together into a 2.4-meter horizontal large bed. I didn't feel any nausea and softness when sleeping in the middle. I slept well until dawn. I didn't book breakfast because I wanted to try the affordable breakfast in the ancient town. The breakfast is not bad according to the reviews. I hope it stays good. I will choose Sihai next time I come to Nanxun.

The hotel is slightly located in a newly developed tourist resort area, surrounded by development projects! When I first arrived at the hotel, I almost canceled because of the location. Then I entered the room and the experience was quite good. It has a large space, double balconies, and a wide view! The service at the front desk was timely and the car was picked up and dropped off. The security guard at the door was also friendly and courteous! The night is incredibly quiet and the air is fresh! Suitable for vacation and recuperation! Still satisfied with the room facilities! Must praise!

Family outings, because of the baby, so always choose this resort type of hotel. In fact, the environment is OK, but there is a problem from the parking. When I go to the parking, the location is very tight. The time to arrive at 2:30 in the afternoon is not too late. There is an outsourced cafe in the hotel. The hotel staff also said that many are not staying. Come to the cafe, Can parking be divided? The check-in experience is OK, I gave the children fish food and horse-feeding carrots 🥕, including the restaurant dining in the evening (the meal has a saying, the taste is average, the cooking is very salty, the children are thirsty until midnight and drink water several times). And the water in the room has two small bottles, one big bottle, and more will be charged extra. This is the only resort hotel I have stayed in. The point is here. In the season of wearing single clothes at 20 degrees in April, the hotel's quilt is still the winter duvet. Both pillows are unsupportive (the phone has asked no other pillows). It is really uncomfortable for people who choose hotel bedding. And the sound insulation is very poor, there are people who want to leave upstairs at 3-4 in the early morning and there can be loud noises in the room. The charge is not cheap, can you do a little better on the details? In short, the next trip to Huzhou will definitely avoid this hotel.

We recently stayed at JW Marriott Anji after visiting friends, once arrived at the hotel late ,as we did not plan staying over in Anji we did not bring milk for our twin sons, after calling guest service we learned that kitchen was closed already so Jasmine from front desk mentioned that she bought milk for herself and was offering to send it to our room… long story short .. our little boys were happy ad did sleep well.. parents were happy.. thank you Jasmine for going the extra mile and making our stay enjoyable… we will be back for sure

Because I chose their smallest and most favorable room for a business trip, the room is on the west side of the fourth floor, the bed is large, the projection screen is also super large, watching a movie alone, there is an immersive travel feeling, the decoration is very simple and generous, and the hygiene is very clean. The whole room looks very comfortable, there is a terrace, it is great to sit there in a daze at night. The room is very complete, not only is a simple shampoo shower gel conditioner, a full set of skin care products, know this brand, Li Jiaxuan with a very hot Quaddy, I have been using it myself, it can be seen that the boss is spending blood! The service is even more impeccable. Several proprietresses inside are warm and thoughtful, and they also sent handmade jelly in the afternoon. Here is also a free KTV, and there is a group of young people playing. There are also many places for children to play, building blocks table, ocean balls below, outdoor playground, and swimming pool. Next time I consider taking the whole family to travel, I went to see their parent-child theme suite. I will come to set this experience next time. I believe my children will like it very much. In short, it is recommended.

For a quick trip, I chose Jingye, a B&B located among the tea mountains, and spent a pleasant day here. The scenery of the B&B is really great. You can see the tea mountains from the room. The large floor-to-ceiling glass windows are also very picturesque. The smart home is also very convenient. We ordered dinner at the B&B, and the proprietress cooked it herself. It tasted particularly good, the ingredients were fresh, and the local chicken soup was so fragrant. We sang a few songs while eating. The aunt at the B&B is also very enthusiastic. If we need anything, she can help us immediately. Here, you can take a bath, make tea by the fire, and there is a supporting cafe where you can check in, so you really won’t be bored at all. Other guests also set off fireworks in the evening, and we enjoyed them together... Vacationing in the mountains can really slow down life, have a dialogue with the soul, and meet more interesting people and things.
