衞生特別差，床單是臟的 小毛毛特別多 還有一個體毛 看到的時候真的要吐了，但是因為凌晨才入住人真的很累很累了衹能簡單洗漱就睡下了，洗手枱還粘着上一個客人留下的牙膏膏體，真的很震驚這竟然是四星級酒店，兩星差不多。睡覺前特意打給前台説第二天延遲退房到兩點，結果第二天阿姨在我們還在睡覺的時候就大聲敲門然後直接刷房卡想進來，還好我們上了安全鎖鏈，如果敲門沒回應不是應該不要打擾了嗎？為什麼直接刷卡進來，把我和我朋友都吵醒了，床頭正對着的牆面掛着超大壁畫相框，躺在底下真的一直害怕會突然掉下來（因為周圍是用膠粘着的），這個設計真的很不合理啊，會讓人特別不安心，誰睡覺頭頂頂着一個那麼大的東西會不害怕的？無奈衹能和我朋友睡在床尾。不過前台服務特別好，但是不會再定第二次了

優點：房間乾淨，交通便利。隔音不錯。
缺點：價格虛高，房間設施有些老舊了，湖州酒店這麼高很誇張，本身也不是旅遊熱門城市，普遍比平時漲價一倍以上，這家還算漲得少的，但你説平時兩三百，假期五六百，放南潯還可以理解，你是個城市啊。。29日入住服務員很冷，基本不愛跟你講話，問一句答一句，進房間發現礦泉水一瓶打開喝過了也沒收，打電話才換，不專業。衞生間捲紙是要一點一點摳出來的，説起環保，這樣更容易扯爛好嗎，這種小事很敗觀感。早餐衹能説有。整個酒店給人一種比較冷的感覺，感受不到服務人員的用心和熱情。
總的來説，基本是兩三百價位的酒店，因為節日提到了五六百整個城市如此也不能怪酒店，如果是平時兩三百可以加一星，可以住，其他就不推薦了。

設施：很差勁，不知道哪個房間漏水，漏了一個晚上，搞得一個晚上沒睡好。隔音效果也差，在房間外面關門開門都聽的到，很吵，影響我們休息

房間寬敞，衞浴清潔可以再提升，周邊用户可能活動聲音較大，太湖古鎮過來大概30分鐘性價比還是比較可以的。

酒店非常不錯，房間也很乾凈整潔。
另外酒店前台服務也很周到，我臨時更改了行程，要提早離店回去，酒店前台還好心提醒我可以修改行程訂單，節省應更改行程沒住的一晚多付的房費。下回如果再去湖州旅行，我還會再訂此酒店
