We hotel located at Tanah Rata which was easy access. Very beautiful and new. The service was excellent. The concierge was every so helpful to take our bag and deposit it to our room. He help to turn on the A/C and explain about the room. Very professional. 5* for service. The dinner food at the hotel restaurant was good and reasonable price. Staff was very helpful too. The breakfast spread was very good. Excellent choice and very delicious. Has a very nice and relaxing stay at Zenith Cameron. Will definitely come and stay here again

I’m Very disappointed with the cleanliness and condition of the room. Check in je terus nampak sink pipe dalam bathroom bocor sampai lantai basah. Sofa pula sangat hapak, busuk, lusuh dan berbulu . and then bed pun ada sehelai rambut, meja bulat pun masih kotor macam tak properly clean before guest masuk. Overall memang rasa maintenance dan housekeeping sangat tak memuaskan. tak berbaloi dengan harga 300+/night😔 before book ada nampak review dkt tiktok apps mmg bad review tapi still juga nak book sebab nampak bilik and view cantik, tapi menghampakan sangat. so far staff semua ok, cuma kebersihan jela out. Hopefully pihak management boleh ambik iktibar dan improve service serta kebersihan untuk future guests.

I highly recommend staying at Hotel de la Ferns in Cameron Highlands. The hotel is exceptionally well-maintained, from its cleanliness to the service provided by the staff—a definite 10/10. A special thanks to Mr. Sivam, Mr. Shah, and the team for their incredible help in getting my husband to the hospital during medical emergency. The location is strategic, and the homemade scones and pizza at Restaurant Lemon Button was delicious. Buffet breakfast served was reasonable and comes with variety of choices. With spacious parking and a lift for wheelchair access, it’s a perfect choice for those traveling with elderly family members. Highly recommended well maintained hotel in Cameron Highland.

Best! Very satisfied. Friendly staff. The room was big and comfortable. Was able to check in early, as the room was already available. The hotel's location is strategic. There's a mall downstairs, including a Guardian. So you can easily restock any forgotten toiletries. Breakfast was satisfying. Affordable price. Thanks, guys!!

We stayed for 2 nights and were glad the hotel was located at Tanah Rata—otherwise, with the heavy traffic that day, we might not have been able to check in around 3 PM. The owner and staff were very friendly, always checking in on us and making sure we were comfortable. The room gave us a nostalgic feeling, as it was well maintained in its classic style, and the whole hotel itself carried that charming old-fashioned look. The atmosphere was cozy, peaceful, and felt like a step back in time. Overall, our stay was excellent, and we truly appreciated the warmth and hospitality.

About 20 years ago, on a trip to Cameron Highlands, I went to Ye Olde Smokehouse for a classic English high tea. It was gorgeous, with a fire in the fireplace and all the staples of a proper high tea including scones and such. This time, since we were going to Cameron Highlands, I thought we should actually stay at the Smokehouse. Great decision. It's as charming as ever. Staying there gave us a chance to enjoy the lovely bar, gardens, dining room - all very old school and pukka! Staff are exceptional. Given that it's an old property, the rooms are a bit old school - but very nice all the same. Very reminiscent of a British club rather than a hotel - so perhaps not quite as refined as a modern 5 star hotel would be, but everything works, the rooms are comfy and there are lots of verandahs to sit out and enjoy the gardens from right outside your room. It was one of the more expensive hotels of our trip but definitely worth it.

Very good English style hotel. I love the view and it just makes me feel like I am in Europe. The golf course across the road is beautiful. The staffs are amazing and the room is very clean and comfortable. The price is very reasonable and I would love to come back again.

So far all good for the price we paid but there is some things might be improved which is there is non receptionist for 24 hours and if emergency case we can’t find them. Our check in was self check in and the key was just on the table with our names only so it is like not secure at all overall okayy so far nothing much to tell. Thank you Mr David.

The hotel located at tanah rata. The hotel is upstairs and its shoplot area. The restaurant and other shorps located just around the corner. Walking distance to CH terminal bus and padang awam. Sharing bathroom. Its not suitable for family with kids because this is not a silent place since we are sharing with some disrespectful people sometimes.
