The hotel is right next to the Hollywood Walk of Fame, passing through the shopping mall is the bustling Avenue of Stars, the Chinese Theatre is nearby After visiting the Avenue of Stars, you can eat at the nearby shopping center, California pizza kitchen, upstairs hot dog shop, ice cream shop, etc. It is very convenient to play, eat and shop. The service staff is friendly, the surrounding environment and the sanitation of the room facilities are good. Would recommend it to a friend, will stay here next time!

Stayed at The Kinney for 4 nights and would have stayed longer if it wasn't booked out! The staff are incredible, super friendly and can't do enough to help you out. The hotel is great - lovely, good sized rooms, clean, but also fun and full of character. The decor is unique - a pop art vibe, quirky, which was a great relief after staying in lots of characterless/formulaic places. There's a communal area with a small pool, jacuzzi, table tennis, seating, a bar etc which is well used and makes it feel like a bit of a community. My room was very quiet, I suspect the rooms around the communal courtyard are a little noisier so might be worth checking that when booking, if it's an issue for you. Location worked really well for me, I was very happy to walk to the beach (around 15 mins). Currently no breakfast (Covid), just to be aware.

Our weekend was absolutely ideal at the Avalon Beverly Hills. The service was so welcoming and relaxed. We felt completely relaxed the entire weekend and took advantage of all of what makes the Avalon a great hotel: 1) Plenty of pool time (most beautiful part of the property) 2) Restful nights in the über comfy beds 3) Long morning walks in quaint Beverly Hills 4) A location so convenient that in just minutes we were dining/going out in hip Korea town hot spots. Finally just a quick drive back to LAX and we were on our way. We absolutely love the location, design and vibe of the hotel. Would definitely stay again and again without any reservations. Highly recommend for a romantic getaway or even a staycation for SoCal residents.

Grab the first fragrance! This restaurant has just opened, the whole is butterfly wind, really super cute! Overall it is very clean and the service attitude at the counter is very kind There is an outdoor atrium on the first floor, very comfortable, you can sit outside and have breakfast The room is quite spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet; there are vending machines on my floor to buy drinks. But it may be on every floor. There are some souvenirs and chocolates beside the counter. When I booked the room, I indicated that I needed indoor slippers. I wanted to say that I might have to ask for it at the counter. I didn't expect to see slippers beside the bed when I walked into the room. It was really sweet! I saw that there was a bar at the counter but there was no one. I asked my sister at the counter. They said that it was still under preparation, but it should open before the end of the year. I will give it a try when it opens! There is a whole foods supermarket nearby, the price is a bit expensive but the stuff is special and high-end, I haven't seen it in other general supermarkets There is a small massage pool and a gym. My boyfriend went to work out. He said it was clean. All in all I like this restaurant very much. It is a very period now, clean is the most important thing! Push!
