we booked for 4 days 3 nights initially, but end up extending our stay for another 3 nights.
this hotel location is excellent, next to Xiaoshizi MRT station, walking distance to famous Hongyadong, jiefangbei and the cable car .
the room itself is very clean and spacious. the front desk even upgraded our room to the bigger and better one.
everything is awesome except that the pillow is not to my liking. upon feedback to the front desk and they offered to send us other types of pillow to try. also although it's non smoking room, but cigarette smell from other room may enter via the central heating system. though we decided to shut the AC and open the window instead and this solved the issue.
the bonus is this hotel provide washer n dryer. but I would recommend the hotel to add 1 more dryer as it took longer time to dry the clothes and many other guest is queuing for the dryer.
overall we really enjoyed our stay and highly recommended this hotelFromSGD 34

I recently stayed at the Chongqing Ashan River View Hotel in a spacious loft room, which offered a fantastic river view, particularly stunning at night. The hotel’s location is highly convenient, situated near Chaotiamen station, Exit 1, and a shopping area in the basement, ideal for those seeking kids' apparel. Check-in is on the 21st floor, and depending on your room’s location, an additional lift may be required. The building houses multiple hotels, which can initially be confusing.
The hotel provides a projector, a nice touch but somewhat unnecessary. Maneuvering the Mandarin menu can be challenging for non-speakers, though trial and error eventually helps. There is ongoing construction around the hotel, and the noise can be heard until 10 p.m. Fortunately, we returned late, so it wasn’t an issue, but guests should check if this is temporary. Washer and dryer services are available, though they appear heavily used. Basic toiletries, such as body lotion, are not provided.
Overall, I would rate this hotel 3.5 out of 5.FromSGD 34

Asiam Hotel is great. The location is not too far from metro station, a little bit of walking though. But the location is very good near the food street 好吃街. The room is very spacious, clean and the view is stunning. The room also comes with washing machine, a stove and microwave. However the filtered water tap was not working so it was a little disappointing. The front desk keep asking to take bottled water instead so I wondered if the filtered is not clean for drinking?
The morning breakfast is well worth it. There are many choices to choose from, even have a Chongqing noodle counter that serve noodle or 抄手. The coffee is not strong enough, I wish the coffee beans could be better.
The front desk is noticeably friendly and helpful. They will try their best to help, and even send me information about nearby attractions and food locations. Super good.
Not the cheapest hotel around but I give a 5/5 star and highly recommend this hotel. Well done... if come back in the future I will stay here again...!!!FromSGD 56

Location was 10minutes walk from jiefangbei, 15 minutes from hongyadong. Very central.
Cleanliness: 5stars
Clean and comfortable, room on the slightly smaller side, but I'm a solo traveller so wasn't an issue for me.
Service: 5stars
No complaints.
