Very good hotel! It’s conveniently located close to the airport. The staff are friendly and helpful, which added to the overall experience. Breakfast starts at 6 AM, which was fantastic for getting an early start to the day. I stayed here for 5 days, and it was a relaxing experience. Just a heads up: you need to bring an adapter if you want to use the electrical outlets, but you can borrow one from the front desk for 50,000 rupiah, which you can get back when you return the adapter. The hotel itself is superb—clean and with a pleasant aroma throughout. Highly recommend!

We stayed for 9days with a kid with us. Services are excellent, absolutely prefect for kids. They have water slides for adults and children, massive swimming pool so relaxing and fun. The hotel and the rooms are very clean, staffs are super friendly and helpful!! We had a very good time here(: We also went to the hotel massage, they have massage special for kids too. My nephew loves it!! Remember to book the photo shooting paparazzi at the hotel, they provide free photo shoot with professional camera man!!

Beautiful and large territory but sometimes looks like labirint. A lot of activities all days (stretching, Zimba, aqua aerobica, waterball...) Service could be better: only one changing room on the beach, couldn't call to reception, water dropped from the roof after rain. No elevator from 4 th to 5 th floor. No information about shuttle to local balli center market.
