The room showed signs of wear, but it was extremely clean. You can tell the facilities are maintained with great care. I chose this place partly because it had a washing machine, but it exceeded my expectations—they provided everything, including laundry detergent, a basket, hangers, and a fully equipped kitchen with dish soap, knives, plates, forks, and even a bottle opener! The bed was made with great care every day, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. My absolute favorite thing was the hand soap, shampoo, and body wash. They smelled so good that I went out to try to buy them, but I was told they were a custom hotel blend and couldn't be purchased elsewhere. 使い込まれた感はあるがとても清潔な部屋でした。大切に施設が維持されています。今回は洗濯機があることもあり選んだけれど、洗濯洗剤やカゴやハンガーも、キッチンも洗剤、包丁、お皿、ナイフ、栓抜き、フォークなど至れり尽くせり！ベッドも毎日とても丁寧にベッドメイキングされ、エアコンの効きも良い！私が一番気に入ったのは、ハンドソープ、シャンプー、ボディウォッシュ。とても良い香りで同じものを買いに出たけど、ホテルオリジナルに調合されたものとのことで同じものは手に入らす。

We really loved our time at Rama Residence Seminyak. Beautiful rooms and amenities. Central location but quiet. Clean and tranquil. We really loved the Balinese decor, exquisite gardens and a beautiful pool. Probably our favourite part of our stay was the amazing hospitality of the staff and how well they took care of my family and I. Warm, friendly and welcoming. Attentive but allow you space and time to relax and unwind. I also thought it was very reasonably priced for the quality of the hotel. I travel a lot with my work and would give this hotel 5/5. Highly recommended, I would definitely stay again. I will be recommending to friends and colleagues in New Zealand and Australia. Thank you very much for making our stay so special!

Had a great experience here with Rama Residence the staff were just incredible and were willing to iron out any issues I had with stay which were only a couple of small issues. Will come back again I had a family suite which was nice and loved the separate areas of lounge and kitchen to private bathroom and bedroom. Nice size rooms too.

I was able to stay comfortably with a very friendly staff. I included breakfast, but the answer was great. There were many kinds and it was very delicious.
