First of all, the free 24-hour airport shuttle bus is definitely the highlight of this hotel. You can wait for the bus on the safety island in the middle of the road when you exit Gate 3 of Terminal T3. It takes a short time to get to the hotel. It is also very convenient to get to the airport by bus at the hotel entrance. Second: The storage service is great. I left my suitcase at the front desk of the hotel when I went to Mallorca for three days, and it was completely free when I checked in when I came back. It saved me 800 yuan in luggage fees! Third: The hotel requires a card to enter the room, which is safe. The room is medium in size, but the bathroom is very large. If I were in Rome, I would like to stay in this hotel and take the T-brand bus to the airport for 12 euros round trip. It is very cost-effective (the bus goes directly to the central railway station in 45 minutes. The price on Ctrip is very good

Absolutly not a 5* hotel. Room cost 700€ per night, i found and killed in my room around 20 mosquitos. Around pools and baths outside are so many wasps. I dont understand Why this resort doesnt do something with it. Its nature Yes But Its very disturbing. For 5* they should put some chemic for those insects. You have nice room But you cant sit outside on your terrace Because of mosquitos and wasps. Restaurant for lunch close at 3pm. So if you are rich person, and your plane has delay, you wanna pay and eat. Dont care about price, But in this hotel they close restaurant at 3pm and bye. This is 5*??? No. 5* hotel is four season where you can call room service any time and eat. Please Qc do something with it Because Its a really shame. People wanna spent money But wait from it some comfort. Other thing, Why small children are around and disturbing people who relaxing? I understand Its not adults only hotel, But children should not be able to come anywhere. This is not water park for fun. This is a welness farm, people wanna relax here and have a relax stay, so make some special zona for children only or they shoudl stay in room. We are not interesting about some screaming around. Other new thing here it is, that hotel guests after check out could stay in spa outside till they had a plane, now they changed it that after check out 11 am you have to pay 59€ for entry to spa, which is absurd, i already pay 700€ for room and they should leave me i stay two hours more wait my plane. They shoudl make more differents between hotel guest and people who come just for spa. Because we hotels guests spent more money than them and we want some luxury services. So please make it better!!!! NO CHILDREN, NO INSECTS, FOOD 24/7 ! Life would be better!
