Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh map

Very poor service experience. The service throughout the stay was extremely disappointing. The staff did not greet guests at all, and from check-in to check-out, there was absolutely no service provided. I was initially very interested in this hotel and had certain expectations, but the staff’s indifferent and dismissive attitude made the experience extremely unpleasant. The front desk staff were particularly unprofessional and unfriendly. When the deposit was returned, the cash was dirty and even torn at the edges, which was unacceptable and disrespectful. Overall, this hotel lacks basic service standards and professionalism.

This is one of my favourite Hyatt Regency hotels. It's a beautiful hotel with excellent and caring staff. Rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. However, you must be careful because the bathroom floor is very slippery.

it was an extremely luxurious hotel for us. the swimming pool, hot pool and gym were out of this world. they even had a steam bath and himalayan salt room. the location was very near all the major attractions and right outside there’s a very yummy spring roll kiosk to satiate our supper cravings. the staff were very accommodating and friendly. i would recommended this hotel for sure
