There are two Regency hotels in Mexico City, one of which was more expensive and had a higher rating, but I booked this one because it was new. I wanted to use the Regency Club, so I booked a suite, but when I checked in, trip.com and the hotel were not connected, and I had to wait 30 minutes for the reservation to be completed. In the end, there was an event at the nearby WTC that day, so all the suites were fully booked, and instead, a club room was available, but only a twin was available, not the king I had requested. The room I was assigned to was on the 14th floor of the club floor, which was spacious but had no bathtub, and the door separating the bathroom and the room did not close properly, so I wondered if it was really new. Maybe the hotel name was renewed? ? The cleaning was poor, and there was trash left in the trash can and food scraps on the ground. The free breakfast in the lounge was poor, and there was no one there at cocktail time, and there was dried cheese, ham, desserts, etc., which was disappointing. The gym had no changing room or shower room. I was not sure if the spa was open. There is a supermarket nearby and the bus is right in front.

Our stay was completely satisfying, the whole hotel staff ( reception, bellboys, cleaners, etc) has broad availability to help with all the needs as well as great hospitality training. The managers Octavio and Eduardo welcomed us and fulfilled our requests every time. During breakfast the chefs came out to ask how everything was. The hotel is new, modern and in perfect conditions. Cleaning was impecable and furniture is tremendously comfortable. Congratulations to Novotel on this new resort.

I was pleased that this hotel opened recently in the same block as my cousin's apartment. The hotel is beautiful, with every modern amenity. It is an all suite hotel, so I had a spacious area with a kitchen, desk, sofa and breakfast bar as well as a large bedroom and bathroom with a rain shower, with which I had no trouble as did a previous guest. There were locks on all three doors, so even though I felt very safe in any case, this was extra security. The gentleman on the 3-11 shift was especially helpful and gracious. My only complaint was a yappy dog in the neighborhood who made his presence known for a couple of hours every evening. At less than $600 for a 6 night stay, I would certainly return as it is near shopping, restaurants and convenient transportation. Bravo, J. Towers.

Excellent location for shopping. Good attention, it has its own parking lot shared with a public one. Just one detail: a lot of noise from guests entering and leaving. I don't know if it's a lot of echo in the corridors or that the administration asks the guests to be quiet, but they don't let them sleep.

I stay in this hotel because of the convenience that connects to the hospital ABC Campus Santa Fe, every 4 months I stay 5-10 days in this hotel because family member been treated at the hospital. Always had an issue with the hotel they accept pets and dogs barking or jumping to your balcony, not respecting do NOT DISTURB sign sick people resting, etc, but this time is unacceptable and completely disgusting, I arrived with my 5 year old and 70 year old mother at 1am, to get ready for surgery next day and find that my room has a used condom on the nightside table, and there was nobody in the hotel to solve the issue, nobody to clean, no managers, this and a motel makes no difference. I do not recommend this hotel at all for families, and of course is not ok for a sick people being treated at the hospital because the cleanness is terrible. They do not value high status Hyatt rewards loyalty, not even an apology from the staff. Staff pretty rude “Do not complain with me I did not do it”This hotel is a disgrace. No cleaning crew.

Location is amazing! Old catholic cathedral just in front of it, 2 min to Maya museum, 1-2 min to stores, 30 sec to tour bus stop, 10 min to bar streets. Not bad breakfast, like a bonus - nice bar on rooftop. Friendly and helpful stuff. A room is not so clean, no outside windows, you can feel a lack of air a little, but there is a fan in a room. Hot water, locker. What else do you need for such price)) oh, there is a public kitchen, public coffee maker and fridge are available.

Good apartments for a decent price, but a bit confusing their pet policy as it states here in there policies that pets are allowed and FREE which they are not. I was told a price of 350$ MXN per night… upon telling them they told me I‘m wrong, do customer service wise I’m not so happy. However they were nice and let me change my room because I was initially in a room just above the reception which was horrible and you heard everything. Location is good, room was clean, served its purpose but I’m not sure I would come again.

This is the fourth time I have stayed t this hotel while in Mexico City. Very centrally located, in a safe area of town with easy access to most parts of the city. Even though is has recently changed ownership, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms, although a little dated are very clean and comfortable. The maids are very friendly and do a great job of making sure the guest is taken care of. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located in the historical city, it takes less than 10 minutes to get to the Constitution Square, and it is very convenient to walk to several other famous attractions. The surrounding facilities are all available, and there is a convenience store on the right side of the door. Hotel service is OK, but the memory is not very good, the things that ask for assistance are forgotten in a blink of an eye. The room has free snacks, hot coffee, free bottled water, and different pillow choices, which is very intimate. In particular, the hotel Buffet breakfast is great value, the style is many and delicious, the dishes are updated daily, the juice is rich and fresh, and it is full every day. The restaurant staff, the chefs are very professional and smiling, fully understand each dish, the dishes are very beautiful, very good! ! ! Overall, this hotel will be recommended.

My family and I stayed on the Fiesta Rewards floor, so our room came with complementary wine, fruit, water bottles and outside of the room there was a coffee machine, fruit, more bottled water, tea and small snacks like cookies. The rooms had a beautiful view to Chapultepec and to the Chapultepec castle. Even though is located in a busy street, the room itself was quiet. We had 2 queen beds, a desk by the window and a chair by the window with plenty of room for our luggage in the closet. The beds extremely comfortable as well. The bathroom and shower were spacious with products from L'Occitane en Provence. We didn't eat any meals in the restaurant, so I can't say if it's good or not. The front desk was very nice and gave us information and call us cabs quickly and helped us with longer trasnportation to go outside of Mexico City. The hotel is in a great location and there are plenty of places to eat close by or on a short card ride. Also to visit the Historical Center is not too far either. You can go walking to Chapultepec too.

This is a very economical hotel in Mexico City. It is ideally located between the Cologne Monument and the Plaza de la Revolution. You can walk to Alamanda Park, the National Academy of Fine Arts, and Constitution Square (although it takes a long way to go to Constitution Square). The room was small, but spotless, the staff was friendly and there was a small restaurant outside the lobby that tasted very positive. There is a VIP restaurant on the corner, (Dennis style leisure restaurant) The breakfast there is very good, there are many good local restaurants, you can walk there from the hotel. I have stayed here four or five times and never been disappointed, this is my favorite place in Mexico City.

Very satisfied, harvest surprise, very cost-effective, although it is five kilometers away from the airport terminal 2. Facilities: The facilities are relatively new and complete. The big TV, visually 60 inches, Samsung, although I arrived late and didn't watch TV. The big bed can lie down for a family of three. The mattress is very soft, comparable to a zero-pressure mattress in a certain season. I have nothing to ask for when I can lie down comfortably for two days. . Hygienic: very clean, much cleaner than domestic chain hotels at the same price. Environment: Very quiet, no noise. Service: I arrived at 9 o'clock in the evening and left around 3 o'clock in the morning. The front desk intimately called a taxi for me. It was ten minutes and I liked it.

This place was awful. The bed was so uncomfortable we both had sore shoulders and hips. The blanket was so thin that we didn’t even realise there was one in between the sheets the first night. The second night we got so cold that we called down and asked for an extra blanket which we were assured would come (it never did). The wifi is so bad it barely reaches the room and continuously drops out. There’s no soundproofing so you hear everything on the streets and everything in the corridor, including staff having loud conversations late at night. The only decent things were the water pressure in the shower and the receptionist helpful in helping us organise a taxi to the airport.

Advantages: The house is very new, there is a kitchen where you can cook by yourself, and there is kitchenware oil, salt and soy sauce. Health is good, Disadvantages: There is no breakfast at this price, and then no wifi Said that wifi. It has not been repaired yet, there is no way to find a way to solve the network problem. In addition, there is no luggage storage service, which is particularly inconvenient. When I go to Monterrey, I can find another way to store my luggage.

Everything is fine, except for some minor misunderstandings on the part of the management. I originally reserved a single bed, but when I arrived I wanted to change to a private room, so I needed to pay extra. A room is 100 yuan more per night than the price reserved on the Trip platform. This price is a bit expensive, but it is shared. The bathroom and the room are not too big. On the first night, after the room was air-conditioned, there was a smell from the toilet. There was some argument when I asked to change rooms. The girl with glasses kept saying that there was no room to change, and her attitude was not positive! Later that night I really couldn't stand the smell, so I asked to change rooms again. Fortunately, I changed the waiter, and he easily said that he had a room to change. Finally, the environment is very good. There are different free programs every day. You can also meet people from different countries. I really like the atmosphere here!

Stayed for in November for 4 nights and it was a very comfortable stay. It's like having your own apartment but someone comes and cleans it. Here is the run down: Pros: -Very spacious. Like I mentioned, it's pretty much like a serviced apartment. There is full kitchen, dining area, sitting area, and even a balcony. There's not much of a view but it's still nice to be able to sit outside -Free laundry. Although it's a little creepy because you have to go to the parking garage and it's literally one washer and one dryer. But the good thing is that you don't have to leave the building to go down there -There's a convenience store and a taco cart right downstairs -They keep the main door locked at certain hours, which gave us some peace of mind -One free bottle of wine per stay (at least we had it because I booked through Hotels.com) -2 free bottles of water per day Cons: -Location is a bit far from most areas you'd probably want to visit as a tourist. It's still accessible (for example, the Angel of Independence is about a 10 min walk) but we mainly ubered everywhere. There are restaurants within walking distance but none of the popular restaurants. Overall, it was a great stay. It was very comfortable and we felt relatively safe. But I think if I were to come back to Mexico City, I would probably stay closer to where all the good restaurants are at.

As someone who grew up in Mexico City, I definitely recommend Bemate Masaryk!! Polanco is one of, if not, the safest spaces in the city. You can walk with your child at any time and there is always people walking with dogs and children. Bemate is in the perfect area for walking to any local restaurants and boutiques. The biggest pointers of the hotel are the air conditioning, the great water pressure for the shower, and the staff are very accommodating and welcoming. Monse, our room attendant, always left the room clean and tidy and was very willing to work around our schedule. Definitely recommended.

Located on the Reforma Avenue, the hotel is less than 1 km from the Museum of Anthropology and the Angel Independence Column. It is conveniently located about 8 minutes on foot from Metro Line 1. The breakfast at the hotel tastes good and has local features, but the variety is small. The buffet breakfast has two options, the regular version and the local special edition. Unfortunately, even the second one is not very rich. I tried the dinner at the hotel and it tasted very good. The price is slightly more expensive than the average restaurant. The red velvet cake sold in the hotel's bakery tastes good and is inexpensive and worth recommending.
