This review is really to help folks know what to expect as it's not a chain. Actually if you want to compare it to a chain, it's like Ibis chain hotels. So similar prices and layout with hard floor, so no carpet or mini fridge cooler, note paper pad, restaurant (but plenty in area). *Note there is no central a/c, use the single stand alone a/c unit — so if you are going to stay here during hot/cold days maybe tell staff to turn on the a/c to get comfy room temperature set up before you arrive.
Also take care in the Shower! there is no shower mat and the floor can be slippery.
It has a huge bed for such a small room so a group of friends could all pile in and save even more money 😀.
There is only one negative, which is I call BS on the advertising ❝ The Weisu Optimal Hotel (Ganzhou Jiufang Wanxiang City Branch) is one of the newest hotels in Ganzhou, having opened in 2021 ❞ 2021??? not! Some of the fixtures and fittings are old, like really old — see photos
So for the prices it's a wallet friendly budget hotel you can really enjoy if you are aware of some of the limitations.

We are doing projects here. Our colleagues stayed at the Beiqi Boutique Hotel in front of us. 80 yuan a room. They told us in advance that we could not stay at night on the 4th and 5th. We chose a room for 85 yuan a night.
The front desk has been morally kidnapped us and said that we will be punished by the platform if we don't move away. I have a tough attitude. The hotel is very clean. It is newly renovated. There is no elevator. It is not very soundproof. It is very inconvenient to eat. There is no place to eat nearby. I have to go to eat one kilometer away.

2. Breakfast is said to start at 7 o'clock, but there are still a lot of meals at 7 o'clock. It takes almost 7:30 to get all. In fact, there are not many varieties. I don't know why it is so slow.
3. There are continuous malfunctions in the facilities in the house. On the first day, the 608 face wash faucet was broken and hot water could not be released; the 612 phone line was not connected; the next day, the light on the 505 tea table was not on. Later, I was embarrassed to reflect, worried that others felt that they were too demanding.
4. The little girls at the front desk either don't laugh, or just look like a face, the efficiency is very low after asking for help, and they can catch the room attendant to solve the problem. There are two uncle-level non-front desk staff (one is said to be a security captain) who are very enthusiastic. When they see it, they will take the initiative to say hello and ask if they are satisfied with the stay.
