|1.66km from downtownI stayed with Samesun in Toronto in Mars 2023. They have a 24 h open reception. The check in went smoothly, the rooms, bathrooms and showers were clean! You have a charger and a small lamp by your bed and curtains to separate yourself from the other’s. The best thing about the stay was the free of charge breakfast in the morning! Coffee, bagels, waffles, cereal, fruit etc.. so nice.

|0.95km from downtownMy review may be different from other's experience, but I got a room that fits on the option that I payed for. As I am not a picky traveller, I was okay that I got single room with private bathroom.
If you are a traveller who walks a lot and takes transportation and woman, you may want to be little bit careful as surroundings are houses and dark at night time.
Streetcars and the nearest subway are not that far (streetcars: about 5 mins / subway: 10 mins). At dawn, if you want to buy something, you need to go to convenience store which is about 15-20 mins away. If you are nighttime traveller and active at nighttime, you may want to choose different place. Otherwise, I think this is a budget-matching place to take a sleep.
My room didn't have hair dryer, so be aware of this lol.
Beside some parts, I was okay with staying here. Refrigerator and microwave was there so I had some latenight meal, so this was good.
During summer, this is going to be little harsh as it didn't have air conditioner (or the ventilator may give you a cool air during summer; I had hot air as I travelled in winter).

|1.45km from downtownThe location is perfect, a ten-minute walk from the Union Station and just adjacent to the ferry pier to Toronto Island. The ferry just cost 8.70 CAD for round trip for 20 mins. It is a nice place to visit, especially those who enjoy nature. We booked a room facing the lake, which is highly recommended. It is a real picture taken in the early morning from the window. The room service is nice and the buffet breakfast with lots of varieties of food.
I needed to have a zoom meeting, and the internet service is stable. Though it is a paid service, it was waived as I am Bonvoy Member. Do join their membership.

|0.28km from downtownThe location of this hotel is unbeatable, easily accessible from Toronto Pearson International Airport by UP Express and the subway. And has lots of restaurants nearby. Friendly service and thanks for the free, warm cookie! The room and furniture were a bit dated, and the bedding was not as smooth as I wanted it to be, but I could bear with it for two nights. I will consider staying here again next time I go to Toronto. :)

|0.64km from downtownThe hotel was fantastic, great location and great facilities. The staff were also top class, extremely helpful and polite. Nathaly on reception ensured we were not only up to date of what the hotel could offer but provide a city map and pointed out lots of areas of interest for us to explore. Matthew in the concierge team was equally helpful and polite, leading use directly into the subway from the hotel to prevent us needing to carry heavy cases down the steep steps at the external entrance. Many thanks for helping make Toronto a great experience.

|1.38km from downtownWas okay. Not great, not terrible, could be better. Pros Location. Close to restaurants, CN Tower, Ripley’s Aquarium. Starbucks in building Comfy bed Housekeeping comes daily Quiet Cons Not all rooms have couch/sofa bed Bathroom door doesn’t have a lock, it’s a sliding door No blackout shades so room gets bright as som comes up $50 to valet and 35 to park at a lot around the corner Our bathroom didn’t feel clean, had a smell Hotel seems more for business not for couples or family Pool area is in lower level, doesn’t look like pictures, no window Dirty dishes from room service from another room was in the hall for 3 days and no one picked it up I had requested a higher floor room, asked for a room with a sofa bed…and extra towels. I got none of the requested. Was offered a cot. Sometimes you get back from excursions you want to kick off your shoes and relax on couch with your other half not get in the bed all sweaty and dirty…we got a room with a single chair. The cot was so uncomfortable with a huge dip in the middle. Room on 2nd floor had a view of valet. No extra towels provided. Only gave you new water bottles on first day. I felt like the room was overpriced. Bathroom had a smell to it. Mildew maybe? Couldn’t pinpoint the smell.

|0.46km from downtownWe stayed four nights at the hotel. The check in was quick and easy. The housekeeping services each day were very good. The restaurant onsite was not open but there are several coffee shops in the immediate area so that wasn't a problem. The public transit was close by and it easy to access. The reason we won't give the hotel five stars is because the WiFi was terrible. The routers were old and not secure, the service was very slow and we were not impressed.

|1.71km from downtownThe hotel is located at the intersection of Metro Line 1 and Line 2: 300 meters outside Bloor-Yonge Station, and a small black building in the alley. Outside the window, the green leaves are sparse.
Retro-old old-fashioned telephone, some very literary thick books.
The most amazing thing is that there's a vinyl record. Pull it out of the cover and put it on the Crosley disc. Enjoy.
No coffee maker, instant coffee available in the cockroach. However, the kettle is SMEG, an Italian luxury brand.

|1.03km from downtownHotel location is very good, directly opposite the Wal-Mart unmanned supermarket, Starbucks on the corner, close to Chinatown, Queen Street, overall good, the hotel paid for mineral water, microwave and coffee machine, but the coffee machine did not find the container. On the first day of the stay, it was the annual sleepless night of art in Toronto. Because of the good location, you can hear the sound of music faintly. People who came back at two o'clock in the middle of the night were louder in the corridor (like black people). Finally, the deposit credit card pre-authorization of 75 knives, consumption of two bottles of water, deducted 5, the front desk said will return back, has not received.

|0.36km from downtownMy parents were there for my mums surgery (it is right opposite St Michael's Hospital) for the third time, I reached out to the hotel to request an early check in and for them just to extend extra care as I am in Vancouver and could not be there(travel restrictions). Shivani from the Marketing Team was quick to respond to my request, she assured me the message had been conveyed to the concerned persons at the hotel and my parents would be well taken care off, my mum called me right after they check in, not only were they given a CLEAN, SAFE, BEAUTIFUL, SPACIOUS HOTEL ROOM, they had such a warm welcome and Pela the receptionist actually remembered them from the last time they stayed. It is during these trialing times that these hospitality industry leaders serve as true heroes as they continue to create treasured experiences for people despite the conditions they are going through, the worry of what will happen to them tomorrow..... Just the comfort of knowing from miles away that my parents at the Pantages were 'at home' was indeed a priceless experience. We will keep booking Pantages when in Downtown Toronto for their amazing service and for always being ready to go the extra mile for their guests and I strongly recommend this hotel to any guest.....

|17.18km from downtownAfter getting off the bus, you have to walk for a while to get there. The scorching sun was scorching hot, and it was difficult to get the room card, but I couldn't open it in various directions. Go back to the front desk on the first floor. The front desk didn't say sorry, just took the card and put it on the machine and gave it back to me.
There is a shuttle bus to the airport.
Wi-Fi is not very stable, so it works fine.
Breakfast is $9.04 per person, and there are three set menus to choose from. It needs to be booked in advance, and the meal will be picked up at the front desk the next day.

|18.6km from downtownStaff was friendly, room and common areas were very clean, internet was reliable and quick, breakfast was terrific! Only complaint is the bed covers. They were extremely thin - 2 bedsheets and a very thin blanket. Throughout the night they would slip off or get entangled, so I was waking up to fix them. It interrupted my sleep which is the only reason I am writing this in the review. Otherwise, our stay was terrific!

|17.5km from downtownI got to the hotel super early after 9am because I missed my flight to head back home. I already know the 3pm policy so I went to the front desk. I was already super tired and hungry and was met by Satvik. I explained my dilemma and asked if I could rest my luggage down because I know I’m not able to check it now. He was so sympathetic to my situation smiled and said he had a room available now that I could check in. I was in shocked and super happy. He also thanked me for being a diamond member and gave me a snack package that I hadn’t had to ask for. I’ve stayed at 3 other hiltons in Toronto and not one of them offered me my snack package or acknowledged my status. Also I’ve met the lady at housekeeping on the floor and she was very friendly. I didn’t get her name, I wish I did. My room was very clean, fresh linen and towels. Also the other staff at front desk assisted me on where I can walk for food. Seeing that I already turned my car in. Also I received a wake up call for my shuttle bus to leave that next morning. Even though it was only one night, I’ve never felt so much appreciated. Please keep up the good work and to Satvik thank you so much!! When I return back to Toronto I will definitely stay here again! Thank you!!

|0.85km from downtownWe arrived as part of a USA & Canada trip from Ireland. My second visit to Canada and my partners first visit. This hotel was fantastic. We had started our trip in San Francisco in a holiday inn express so we hoped this hotel would mirror the experience we had there and it did! We were greeted as we entered by a gentleman on the desk. This was Easter time and the hotel had chocolate treats at the desk for guests. Thoughtful little gesture. The guy was very friendly and welcoming. He made sure that we would have a nice room and also that we would have a room up high to enjoy a nice view. Breakfast was included and we were again very impressed with the service and the selection that was on offer for breakfast just like San Francisco hotel. We arrived in our room which was great. The room had all the essentials and was very clean and Modern. The view was amazing overlooking the park across from the hotel and a view of all the sky scrapers in downtown Toronto. The hotel was very close to a metro supermarket for food and snacks for the room. We checked out a lovely restaurant called HOTHOUSE which we enjoyed the food and the service. Please check out a few coffee shops nearby including the black canary, Fahrenheit, b espresso bar and third wave coffee. Just a few mentioned. The hotel is near St Lawrence market for all the foodies. This market has so much to offer. Lots of local produce and fresh food market stalls for everyone. What a great city and what a fantastic hotel.

|2.13km from downtownGreat service! Had to change my flight to an earlier one and got in at 9am. I asked the front desk(Mary) if I can leave my bags and do work while I wait for check in at 3pm. She got my bags checked for me offered coffee and water and the wifi password for me. She took the initiative to tell me without me asking that she’ll try to get me a room earlier. That right there stood out as she could have easily just left me in the lobby til 3p. The staff is approachable and eager to help which is great! If I come back to Toronto for sure coming back here!

|0.99km from downtownOur only sadness about the place was that the pool and other facilities were closed, but we didn't go for the pool. They were able to let us use the nearby Delta, which was nice but we didn't want to go outside of the complex for that. Common thing that happens in December/January so we weren't too shocked. We were on the club floor for the hors d'oeuvres, for what you get compared to other high end chains that offer this, we noticed there was much more choice of food items. The lounge seemed to be a little dirty and shabby, the chairs have not been steam cleaned for quite some time, you could see the dirt in the morning sunlight where people have wiped their hands on the furniture over the years. We noticed the little things, and on one of the hot table stations they missed a small speck of the curry sauce from the night before on the edge of the serving dish. It didn't affect the food quality, nor did it warrant a complaint, but attention to detail could be a little better on the part of the kitchen staff. The customer service was amazing at this hotel, everyone was so friendly and attentive. Despite all this, we will be back.

|1.28km from downtownCheck-in was easy after hours even though will be charged a late check in fee. Staff are okay, some not too friendly but night security guy was very helpful at welcoming. The location is awesome as you have close access to the streetcar, metro stations 5-10 minutes' walk and easy access to fast food and grocery stores. The dorms are spacious; however, the downside is if you end up with a top bunk there is not power outlet access as they are all on the bottom so you may have to power up in the sitting area outside the dorm or next door in the common area (kitchen and lounges). There have been complaints about the unhoused encampment across the street in the park, but it wasn't as much as expected but still quite the eye sore for the business but it's manageable as its pretty much people walking their dogs. The place is very clean, which is strictly enforced and a good thing (especially the kitchen). I like that! The next time I am in Toronto I will definitely stay here and would recommend. Clarence Park saved me hundreds of dollars on a near the airport hotel.

|1.6km from downtownThe hotel is very easy to find by car, but the bus stop is not only easy to find, but also suitable for driving friends. There is an electric stove in the room, you can simply make some meals, no ventilation equipment. The room is not too big, the two beds are big and small. There is an elevator but it cannot be used. Everyone tries to arrange the room on the first floor. I was because the room that was originally on the second floor of the stairs was too noisy. Please wait for the waiter to change the room and change the room. There are more parking spaces and it costs $11.3 a day.
