|1.87km from downtownLoved this hotel - 6 stars! The staff was amazing, helpful in every way. There is a Dolar Blue money exchange right next door. The location was perfect and in a good location. Our room overlooked the Recoleta Cemetery. An entire block of outdoor restaurants were just around the corner, a mall is across the street, the Hop On Hop Off bus stop is walking distance, the park with Sunday fair is also very close. We arrived at 8:00 a.m., so our room wasn't ready (which we expected), but they have a shower and changing room adjacent to their exercise room that we were able to use. We stayed two nights, then flew to the interior for 12 days of hiking, then returned to this hotel. They kept a piece of non-hiking luggage in storage for us for the 12 days at no cost. We would definitely stay here again.

|5.39km from downtownFor our first time in this beautiful city, this was a perfect location for us to enjoy everything Buenos Aires had to offer. The front desk staff was most helpful in recommendations for restaurants, private tours, and anything else we needed assistance with, Our rooms were comfortable and clean, and the breakfast buffet was more than adequate. I'd recommemd this hotel to anyone looking for a good value.

The real charm was the front desk staff including Thomas and Natalia who worked effortlessly and patiently to find us restaurants, entertainment and gave us helpful tips. They are kind and knowledgable and an asset to the company.

|1.14km from downtownI know this Hotel Since 2004 and visited a couple of times. I near Santa AV, Onje block from 9 de Julio AvV. and les than 5 mins from General San Martin Station (Metro Line C). The guys at the reception are very competent, friendly and attentive. Has 3Elebatores and a pool, restaurant, Sauna, decent Wifi in Lobby and in every floor.. The Hotel has 3 Elevators. Our room was quite big and includes a small refrigerator and a touch induction cooker over the countertop, as well as a microwave. Also there is a 50” Led TV. Air conditioning. Safe deposit Box. The bathroom is well equipped and spacious. Plenty of plugs available in the room (keep in mind that Argentina uses 220V)

|0.74km from downtownI've been staying at Air B& B's since 2017, being La Habana; Cuba my first experience ever so Trip Advisor (finally) is great to see I can now review Air BB's and by the way just a ”constructive” criticism more ”categories” should be added: trains, airlines etc. (just saying). Here we go: As a native Argentinean I go home at least once a year to visit my family, obvioulsy 90 % of the time to & from Buenos Aires, not I'm not from B.A. (Buenos Aires) but I either fly to or from to continue my trip to my hometown. My last time there I stayed at Top Rentals Buenos Aires, my very first time using this company and I must say I was really impressed ! The property is located on Esmeralda Street so centrally located is within walking distance pretty much anywhere downtown, super safe, always be mindful of your surroundings like everywhere else and do please ( can't type all caps) but NO flashy jewelry or nothing fancy while on the streets. The check in process is located in one of the upper floors of the Building Complex, but upon arrival the security officer at the lobby will give you specific instructions where to go. Rooms are so spacious, clean, beautiful views of the area and a small balcony to sip your malbecs, with the River Plate on the background. The staff is super attentive, apartments comes with toiletries, towels, and utensils for cooking, but really ?? You are in The Paris of South America so who will want to cook ? I couldn’t use the pool too cold for me. I highly recommend it you won't regret it, so good this place is that with my luck!!! One of the South American Presidents (don't know whom) decided to stay in that same building at the time of my visit, no wonder why there were so many police and security so if this place is good enough for a president of country I'm guessing is good enough for us to!! (lol) You be the judge and please let me know. for more photos and details feel free to follow me at: @la_hormiguitaviajera on instagram. Please be safe ! PS: let me know your feedback out of curiosity

|1.28km from downtownThe staff are friendly enough. We were very disappointed when we asked for more bathroom tissue. We had just returned from an evening out and noticed that when the room was made up, bathroom tissue was not replaced and we were running out of tissue. We called down to the front desk to ask for two roles of tissue and were told that we were only allowed one role per day (we had not been given any tissue that day). I met the staff member at the elevator where I was given a role that was half the size of a full role. So the daily allotment of bathroom tissue is ½ a role per day for two people? If we had been given a full role of tissue when they made up the room in the morning, we would not have needed to request more. Unfortunately, no amount of smiling staff can make up for the petty hording of bathroom tissue. We had two rooms at this hotel and have had two rooms here previously so this was not the first time staying at this hotel, but it will be the last.

|3.75km from downtownConvenient, comfortable and good neighbourhood. The apartment has all the basic necessities and very secure. Easy communication and prompt responses. Our requests had been adhered to without any issues. It’s pretty new, clean, good bed and towels. Grocery store only 100 metres the most. We stayed for a week and we could have stayed for long if we had more time. Highly recommended.

We choose to pay in American Money, and it was so affordable. The food provided which was included in our stay was so wonderful! If you're not going to be at your hotel for most of the day, and need to eat a great breakfast and/or dinner, this is your place! Clean room everyday! Really enjoyed my stay.

|0.3km from downtownWe arrived yesterday after a night flight… our tour company Condor Travel arranged for an early check in at 0830 am which was very helpful. The room is clean and has a great shower. Sadly the room noise from the air conditioning was very loud through the night. We can also hear the elevator… and I think the breakfast restaurant must be above us as we were woken up at approximately 4am with music… as we are returning shortly after a few days away… we will request a better room. The maintenance man was brilliant… we couldn’t get the safe to close or the air conditioning to work… we put a call into reception desk and within 10 minutes it was all sorted…thank you. We ate in the main restaurant for lunch the Caesar Salad was first class and the club sandwich big enough for 2 with fries. We will update on our return in a few days.

|4.95km from downtownGreat Hotel with brilliant staff. Everyone was really friendly and spoke great English. The front desk staff especially were very kind and any time I asked for help or advise they were happy to help me. The room and bathroom were immaculately clean. All throughout the hotel they maintained high levels of cleanliness and there was hand sanitizer available at reception and at the restaurant. Breakfast had a great selection of bread, pastries, eggs, cereal, meats and cheese. The area is my favourite in Buenos Aires because there isn't as much traffic as other areas. Its really pleasant to walk around in Palermo and stop at the different restaurants, cafes and bars. I felt safe everywhere in this neighbourhood. I highly recommend staying at the Palermitano.

|0.38km from downtownThis Novotel is located on the most prosperous street near the Jianfangbei. It is crowded in the morning and evening, and there are many restaurants nearby to visit attractions. This is the biggest advantage. The breakfast environment is good (see Taihua 🌸).
However, the software is very general. First of all, check in and check out are super slow. There is always a person working, and the average stay or leave for at least ten minutes. The second room is very old and has an old taste. There are many small moths in my room, at least seven or eight flying around.

|1.09km from downtownThe overall layout of the room is reasonable. Although the hotel is old, the overall maintenance is still relatively good. The location is quite superior. It is safe to play and eat near the door. The only bad thing is that the air conditioner in the room was broken at the time, and the air conditioner was running very noisy.
Hotel breakfast is also very rich, there is a 24-hour convenience store!
Very suitable for travel and vacation.

|59.94km from downtownOne of the poorest experiences in a so-called Luxury Property I’ve ever had. And I have had plenty, I hold status with various Hotel Chains, Titanium Elite with Marriott amongst others. We were returning to Uruguay From Buenos Aires and were needing a 1 night stay in the Campana Area to have a good Night Rest and maybe some Spa Time. Since none of our preferred Hotel Chains had a local presence I decided to explore one of my minor Loyalty Programs, Accor. That’s how we came to know this Sofitel Property. Once arrived at the locations my wife and I were a bit confused. The Setting was not very Hotel like. At the gate we found out that we were entering a gated community. This was not mentioned on the Accor website. If I had known that I would not have stayed there. I’ve nothing against it but I’m familiar with the urban and natural design of these areas and It’s not my cup of tea if on Holiday. Anyway, once at the gate we had to wait for several minutes to get access even after providing ou ID’s to the security guards. They would not let us through until the property confirmed that we were on the reservation list. Once the Hotel finally confirmed we were asked to open our trunk for inspection before accessing the community. This was a very hostile situation. I’ve had better experiences with TSA. At check-in I expressed my discontent with the front desk employee who did not address the issue nor offered any kind of apology. I’m just starting to assume things are done this way at this hotel, a little less Hospitality and little more rudeness. After the check-in process was fulfilled credit card swiped forms filled out we were “reminded” that check-out was at Noon sharp and that we would not be welcome to stay at the premises afterwards. ***, really? No lunch?, No visit to the garden? No possibility to leave luggage until the afternoon for a quick visit to the city nearby? No, you are requested to LEAVE at noon. Well, that was it for us. We no longer felt welcome there. We decided to get some work done and have dinner before going to bed and leave the next morning right after Breakfast. The room was good. Although, I had requested and paid for a King Size bed, we were given two twin beds instead. It’s spacious with a modern design. The TV is rather small considering the size of the room. The Bath Room is comfortable, it has a separate walk in shower and bath tub. There’s also a nice and spacious balcony without comfortable furniture. That is not a big issue as you don’t want to stay there too long. There’s a highway nearby and after a few minutes the sound off traffic gets on your nerves. We ordered Simple room service dishes. Steak with mashed potatoes and a Burger with fries. Steak was acceptable served a bit cold though. Burger was not very good. Bun was to dry and patty overcooked. No sauce hence Superdry experience. What caught my eye was that the room service Menu did not include any clear options for Vegetarians/Vegans and/or persons with Aller

|7.15km from downtownCheck the price well before booking as suddenly you change the price, we went only for a day as we went to a recital and at the moment they changed our price to dollars, they did not respect us the x app discount we had, That was what they said and we didn't have another at that time we couldn't seek another accommodation so we had to stay there, but I'm sure it wouldn't go anymore beyond that they were nice and modern, the lady reception unprepared and unintentional to leave us in compliance, much to desire and improve

|4.25km from downtown”My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful building. The location is very good, close to everything in Palermo but without being in the middle of the noise that bars and restaurants usually cause. We loved the speed with which they arrived to us the access to the building - a QR! - and to the apartment and how they made sure that we were well throughout the stay. A very satisfactory experience, which we will surely repeat in a short time.

|0.99km from downtownIt was exactly what I wanted and expected from an Ibis hotels. I've stayed in other Ibis hotels in Europe and so I had an idea of what to expect. No frills but it was nice and clean and looked recently updated. The bathroom in particular was nice clean. When I travel, I'm just looking for a nice, centrally located hotel to store my stuff while I'm out sightseeing and enjoying the city and the hotel was exactly that. There is a Hop on-Hop off bus stop just on the other side of the park and a fair number of restaurants in walking distance or a short Uber ride away. The breakfast was a decent spread with pastries, eggs and deli meats that I'd expect for most hotels like this. Also, a very strong wifi signal which was nice to be able to stream a show in the evening and relax after a full day of exploring the city. Not much of a view but that wasn't big on my list for this trip. Also, the mattress was on the stiff side which I didn't mind but just something to be aware of if you like a softer mattress. Overall, the hotel delivered exactly the experience and stay I was looking for my trip.

|0.64km from downtownThe hotel is more like a hotel for gentlemen without a home. The hotel q was humiliated by the official of the night q was with my wallet before going to my room to get money to pay to the Uber (Even when my payment is registered in the APP as a poster), care about the coup, they accept their race even knowing that it is registered in the poster, and then they force you to pay with money. I explained in the part of the morning to the ”manager” q did not give ball. I booked for 6 days and only stayed 2. I put my things up and got another wonderful hotel , UP BARRO NORD. That note 1000.Pedi compensation for ********** but they informed q the hotel not You can see everything from the reception, the staff and the room when you arrive at the hotel. |8.34km from downtownTalk about terrible customer service… They had a power outage in the building (the outage was specific to the building) and we were unable to access our room on the 13th floor. Their backup power generator wasn’t working either. We had to spend the night at another hotel. The next morning the power was still out. We had climb the 13 floors and come back down with our three bags, in the pitch dark as this building doesn’t have emergency lighting in the stairwell. I reached out to the property but they refused to refund me.

|0.55km from downtownI had to choose this hotel as I needed to redeem my last few miles in the Intermiles program so what I indeed made was to ”burn” miles in the lowest level of mileage for 1 night in a Buenos Aires hotel. The best option so far was Frossard hotel and I have to state it is an acceptable property according to the published rates . The very first I learned was an extra fee -not expressed in any travel website- that in September 2022 is worth 800 ARS when the check in happens after 10 PM. I found that to be abusive and going against consumer rights as it is not explicited in writing in any travel website. Good traits are location as it is located in the heart of downtown, continental breakfast served in ”Los Inmortales” cafeteria (has good wi fi but no newspaper is provided), and TV access has Netflix but no access to air and cable tv of Buenos Aires. Rooms are confortable according to the star category of the establishement. The Venezuelan folk at the Front Desk is really kind, welcoming and empatic! Features that are drawbacks: check out at 10 am is really too early as that means a non-competitive time compared to several hotels in the city. Besides, no desktop computer is available.
