This morning, as I was heading out, I happened to meet the housekeeping staff and asked them to replace the pillowcase as I noticed an odor. When I returned to my room in the evening, the entire space felt refreshed and revitalized. There was a lovely bouquet of fresh flowers on the desk, and the office desk featured beautifully folded towel creations—a pair of swans and a little bear. Such thoughtful details truly impressed me. The staff also left a warm and heartfelt note, which made my day. Thank you so much for your care and attention, making my vacation even more enjoyable.

Modern and very nice 4 star hotel in central of kuala lumpur. Parking is chargeable at RM10 per day. A lot of parking bays available and car park is spacious. Check in was fast. Room size is huge. Bathroom is huge too. Mattress and pillows are comfy. Very value for money room in my opinion. Buffet breakfast spread is good and has a lot of selections including coffee machine. Thank you for the birthday deco and cake. Very nice wonderful gesture from the hotel. Overall this is a good modern hotel in kl city centre. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at Le Meridien. The staff were friendly and attentive, always making sure we were well taken care of. Room service was quick and reliable, which made things so convenient. The room and the hotel had a stylish, modern design that added to the overall comfort. One of the best things about the location is that it’s directly connected to KL Sentral, making it super easy to get around by train. The only downside is that there isn’t much within walking distance apart from the Nu Sentral Shopping Mall. Still, the convenience of the train access and the excellent service at the hotel more than made up for it. We will definitely stay here again.

The room was really tiny and rather claustrophobic. There was hardly any space to put a large open suitcase when packing or unpacking. There was a large TV but it did not work, no channels on any of the inputs, no wonder it was turned off at the wall. There is no kettle for boiling or making drinks in the room. RM50 deposit required at check in. Staff was friendly , room was clean and did not have any unpleasant smells. It was also quiet during my stay. If you cannot find any other accommodation nearby then this should do for one night or if you can score a really low discounted price during a sale. There are much better options around for just a little more.

So far the best accommodation on my current Malaysian trip. Haven’t stayed in hostels in a while, but I am glad I stayed in Space hotel. Staff are VERY helpful and friendly. Checkin process was easy and fast. Bed has private space and all the necessities. Top location right across central station and nu mall. Bathrooms are clean and nice. Nothing to complain. Thanks to the staff for helping out with printing documents for my flight.

I book this hotel just for 1 night as I am catching an early flight the next day. The location is right at the heart of KL Sentral. If you arrived with KLIA Express from the airport, you can go straight to NU Sentral and take the shopping mall shortcut to reach the hotel with shelter. It is super convenient. The room that I booked is clean, just a basic room with no window, nothing impressive.

This hotel is excellent. The rooms are compact but they have thought of everything with tv, tea and coffee, fridge. The bed was very comfortable with clean high quality bedding. The room and whole hotel were immaculately clean and housekeeping should be commended. It seems that the hotel has been recently renovated and has great communal area on the roof top as well as a fabulous air conditioned gyms with brand new cardio and weight equipment. The location is amazing, literally steps away from Sentral station and huge mall and is surrounded by restaurants both budget and high end. All staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Great value, highly recommend

Pros: Hotel is centrally located. It's located behind KL sentral and just a few meters away from NU Sentral Mall. There are a number of convenience and massage shops nearby. It's also close to a Catholic Church so were able to attend mass on a Sunday! Desk is manned 24 hours so late check in and early check out should not be an issue. Rooms are not very big and no breakfast were provided but for the very affordable price we paid, the room is already a steal. We were even upgraded to room for 4 when I just booked a room for 3. Cons: -Cleanliness of room and bathroom can be improved. Bathroom has that rusty smell. They weren't dirty but cleanliness certainly can be improved. -Only 1 trash bin was provided. There was no trash bin in the bathroom.

Nice suite in a good location. Booked the room for two nights. After checking in at 6 AM I had to change rooms at noon. That was a little bit inconvenient. This hotel doesn't have a front desk. For checking in and checking out you have to call a number and someone is coming 10 to 15 minutes later. When leaving, I was checking out at 5 AM to catch an early flight. I called and waited 20 minutes but nobody came. When I called the number again, the same person, sounding very sleepy answered. He probably fell asleep again after the first call. Finally 15 minutes later somebody came to check me out and return the security deposit.

The hotel is clean and has a good location. I will come again. But there is no faucet in the toilet to wash my butt, so I have to use the shower head every time and my pants get soaked🥴🥴 I didn't know why I couldn't lock the door of room 214, so we left without locking the door. Fortunately the hotel has a password box to lock valuables. Then the elevator can only click the floor by scanning the card, so as to avoid the invasion of outsiders. However, the stairs are accessible to everyone (? Overall, the experience was good and I would stay again👍

Great location. There is also a fancy restaurent in the compound. The rooms are a bit old but enjoyable although there is no bidet shower in the toilet. No fridge in the room. The AC's flaps are broken and removed. Electric Kettle was provided upon request. No complimentary coffee or tea in the room. The internet was down one night and when I told the staff at the reception about it, his response after asking me to turn on/off the wifi on my devices is to just wait until his boss returns to solve the issue because he knows nothing about it. Good thing the internet was back after 20-30 minutes. The other staff members are ok.

Had a great experience staying at Lloyd's Inn KL at Jalan Kamuning. Did not manage to plan for a year-end break to get away from work and other commitments. This holiday came at the right time. You don't have to plan much. Just pack your bags, book a ticket (or just drive in) and you will make a good holiday. To many of us, eating and shopping meant a lot in holidays. This is what made my stay at Llyod's Inn KL most enjoyable! The location is good - it is located at the door step of the new TRX Exchange Mall, you would be spoilt for choices in eating and shopping. The hotel design is contemporary and environmentally friendly. The hotel lobby and rooms take in a lot of natural light. Plants and greenery are generously featured too! The staff are friendly, they will make sure your needs are well taken care of an their response has been prompt and effective. Besides the TRX Exchange Mall, there are lots to discover around the hotel. Walking around the hotel, I found many coffee shops and restaurants selling traditional KL food such as bah kut teh, char kway teow, chicken rice or laksa. There are also many new eateries in the form of boutique cafe, mee tarik and seafood restaurants. The durian shop had a lot of customers when I walked past it.

Can hear all other room closing room n everything n hear people walking outside but its acceptable for me. This is a new hotel so can see the bedsheet, blanket n pillow n towel(got 2 towel n 2 face towel) crisp clean. Alot of place to put medium size luggage. Got chair n phone n simple wardrobe with hanger to hang dress. As a solo traveller, i surely will come back here next time i got event to attend.

This is a relatively new property located directly adjacent (or across the street, depending on how you look at it) to one of the newest attractions in Bukit Jalil, i.e. Pavilion 2. The hotel itself is situated within a retail mall known as Aurora Place, with multiple eateries and shop-lots available here, in addition to hundreds more at Pavilion, for the benefit/convenience of those who stay here. This was my first ever visit to Bukit Jalil... and to summarize the review of my two-night stay here, below are the major pros and cons of this hotel, based on my personal observations: Pros: 1. As mentioned in my 1st paragraph above, the location is extremely strategic. F&B places are easily accessible and mostly within walking distance. Plus, a simple matter of crossing a pedestrian walkway to get to the Pavilion Mall. 2. The rooms (or suites) here easily cater for travelers with small families, with two beds in each unit. 3. This being a relatively ”new” hotel, most of the furniture and fittings still look pretty new or are in good condition. 4. Lastly, the rooftop swimming pool offers a nice view of the surroundings (and also as far as the KL city skyline). Cons: 1. Probably the biggest letdown of staying here was the fact that the hotel does not subsidize parking fees for their guests; the reason being that the car park belongs to the Aurora Place mall and is therefore not under the hotel's management. However, with no other free or cheaper options available within the hotel's vicinity, the parking fees per day (and per night) do contribute a significant addition to your hotel fees here! 2. The hotel management also needs to put in more emphasis on pest control. I have managed to see ants and other ”creepy crawlies” either within my unit or outside at the corridors.

Great location, just a walk downstairs to the mall with a supermarket and several restaurants. It's also conveniently connected to the LRT station. The apartment is clean and spacious. 房子位置超級好，在瓷廠街和阿羅街中間，去兩個地方都衹需步行。晚上去酒吧一條街和夜市都方便。視野開闊，陽台和卧室都可以看到雙子塔和新的高樓（忘了名字）。三個衞生間很加分，大家庭用起來不會有任何問題，廚房可以簡單的煮個麪煎蛋做早飯。配套也很贊，十樓有泳池，小朋友玩得很開心，一樓到八樓是停車場，帶一個免費車位，開車很方便，就是車位在七樓，開上去起碼五分鐘。不足是房子維護有些差，廚房有蟑螂。

Day 2 at Platinum Suites - Another Perfect Day! On my second day at Platinum Suites, my experience continued to be nothing short of amazing. I started the day with a relaxing dip in the rooftop infinity pool, where the morning view of Kuala Lumpur was simply breathtaking. It’s the perfect spot to unwind before heading out for the day. The suite remained as comfortable as ever. I appreciated the attention to detail in the housekeeping service—the room was spotless and fresh. The kitchen area came in handy again, as I was able to prepare a light breakfast, making the stay feel like a home away from home. In the afternoon, I explored the nearby attractions, and it was such a relief to have all the major sites within walking distance or a short ride away. After a long day of exploring, coming back to the suite felt like a luxurious retreat. The staff continued to be incredibly helpful, providing great recommendations for local eateries and activities. we were very sceptical after reading all reviews. however our stay turned out to be so perfect and wonderful. we were enchanted by the million dollar views from all rooms and also very happy to be served well by the staffs. everything was next to perfect. only thing they clean the apartments on alternate days and you have to pay for parking which was still totally worth it. thank you to the staff and managements for such a perfect stay. we highly recommend as it is in the prime KLCC area surrounded by all malls and eateries. just below is also 711 which is so convenient. Highly recommend and will surely be back. we were given room 56-5.
