When i decided to take my whole family (my parents, my brother's family, my wife and kids), i just trust this hotel and directly contacted the person who help me in my last stay in this hotel, Mrs. Dewi. She knows what exactly i needed, and prepared everything perfectly without my detailed explanation (including preparing a ball for our kids to play in the garden area). The food was great, but honestly the pastry's (croissant, pancake, waffle) taste was not consistent each days (sometimes great, sometimes just okay). I heard they changed their chef so i think that's why. But overall still a great experience of breakfast everyday for my whole family. The new thing about this hotel that wasn't there in my last stay, is the sunday market. That event make our stay more exciting and enjoyable without going out from hotel a whole day in sunday. The other hotels may have better views, better locations, better facilities, better room rates etc, but i would recommend this hotel because of those too. Means, this hotel have the best balance of views from rooms, location and parking space (very important for road tripper like us), facilities that are family friendly, and -best value for money- rates. Looking forward for our next stay here!

It started when checking, the booking was not in. We had read the confirmation email several times but they couldn't find it back in the system. After what happened, a manager came and he couldn't help. When we asked whether we could reserve a room through them, it was only for the double of our reserved amount. When we indicated that we found it strange all because you were withdrawing booking.com a ... percentage, they remained there that we could only get it for double. After a while they received green light (whom no idea was) and we were brought to the room, we had been upgraded but we wondered seriously what we would have been given if we had not been given it. The room itself is not clean. The bedroom is not clean and the bathroom is plenty, and there are many Chinese who are raising the whole night, and it is apparent that it is permitted to scream in the middle of the night, and the breakfast is made mainly for the Chinese. The hotel is not a Best hotel, but all staff are very friendly, but the result is not as it should be.

Amazing!! We stayed for 4 nights. Service is superb, all staffs are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the open-air lounge area with live music.. will definitely come back. Hotel location is in a quiet area. The only thing that needs improvement is their breakfast selection, needs to put more choices. Other that that, we love the room with balcony, perfect. Thanks for the great stay

Love this hotel for budget families’ Zero alcohol hotel to prevent misbehaviour’ Here’s a super tip, from Denpasar-Bali Airport, please take Gojek, download the app before hand’ Since the COVID-19, Gojek have pleasantly reduce its rate’ From Airport to this simple hotel takes about 14-18mins during low traffic situations & cost about $2 for the trip’ Hotel provide drinking water but best to get those 1.5liter AQUA drinking water at CircleK which u will come across before reaching this hotel at half the price selling at the Airport’ It is always common for the water coming out of the shower to taste salty in most budget hotels, do not worry, it won’t leave any sticky sensation’ Breakfast are extremely simple yet filling’

We stay at 22 - 24 April for Family Vacation. This hotel is like a gem in Kuta Area 🤗 Small but nice 👍We stay at Studio Room type no 2221 with Extra Bed for 4 person to sleep. Room is clean, cold and big enough. Wall is decorated with van theme. Feeling like traveling 😁 Swimming Poll is nice at back of the Hotel. Parking is limited so we park car behind of the hotel. Breakfast was nice, served like ala carte. Just a small variety of food. Located in middle of kuta far from beach ⛱️. Overall Recommended for family 👍

I am visiting family in the area so needed to stay in a hotel nearby.on first impression the photos looked perfect. However,on arrival I was shown to a room on the ground floor which wasn’t clean, was dated and broken plastic around the shower area which I felt was unhygienic and a safety concern. The patio doors wouldn’t lock which as a solo traveller didn’t make me feel safe. I asked at reception to be moved. After a few minutes of discussion I was told I could move to a “new” room on the third floor overlooking the pool. First impression it was definitely an improvement but definitely not a “new” room. Paint peeling, laminate wood peeling, broken kettle, no fridge. A new kettle and an old fridge was then replaced. The bath and the basin were not clean with a ring of scum. The room was superficially cleaned daily by very friendly and willing cleaners. Bed linen and towels changed regularly. 2 bottles of water daily was a plus. Nowhere to put hand soap by the basin which meant crossing the room to get soap? The design of the room not thought through. Mirrors so high you could barely see unless on tip toe and I’m average height. Velvet chairs a hotel theme and not very practical for a tropical country. The safe deposit box didn’t work and despite asking it remained the same. The incessant piano music in the morning same reel which was eventually changed after I complained… the afternoon it changed to pop music but again the same reel… and no I did not want to be woken at 630 -7 every morning with piano music does anyone? Cockroaches in the room …. When I complained I was given a spray. Overall the hotel served its purpose of being close to my family. The staff were very friendly and kind which I really appreciated.

The architects of this new hotel really hadn't a clue! It's got more marble than The Vatican. Very ”Chinese”...bling bling...chandelier! The whole place is so badly designed nothing really works...not the bar...not the gym...not the restaurant... Rooms are fine (if you dig marble)...breakfast buffet seemed to be a big hit with the Asians staying.

our stay at Mega Boutique, room 502, was actually more than fine. the room we stayed in was clean and the staff was quite responsive. however, after we checked out on January 8 in the morning, we realized at night, that our 2 packages of frozen food were left in the fridge in room 502. I called the hotel immediately ... it was picked up by the employee who asked me to give time to check housekeeping . 5 minutes later we called back only to get an answer that they didn't find our frozen food in the fridge. we knew to have put it exactly in the fridge. however, miraculously, abracadabra... hocus pocus... the food disappeared without a trace. it's a shame, our stay experience was quite good, but leaving an unpleasant impression on the lost & found hotel service. hope the hotel management pays a close attention in their housekeeping team integrity.

There was a 10 hour transit in Bali and it was a return flight at midnight, so I used it instead of day youth. The hotel is adjacent to the shopping mall (there are department stores, supermarkets, many shops), and it is a duty-free shop, so you can buy souvenirs here. i'm here. Not far from the airport, there is little risk of delaying the plane due to traffic jam, and the traffic jam was terrible because it was the beginning of the year. The hotel is also relatively new with pop design It is enough because there are all the minimum things. I want to use the transit again.

1. The aircon was very loud and noisy . Informed staff and they sent a workman to fix it the next day . It made no difference. They offered to send someone in the following day but i felt it was becoming an invasion of privacy so declined 2. Mosquitoes in the room . I recommend nets over the bed as i was a feast for them overnight . The staff offered fly spray but i didnt want to inhale the toxic staff while there. I checked out a night early as i didnt feel this to be a relaxing experience. The hotel is reasonably priced though and the grounds and architecture pleasant otherwise
