I had an amazing time at Moxy. The service was impeccable. Staff was friendly and always ready to help and accommodate. Room was clean, modern with sleek design. Definitely would recommend for a convenient location and comfortable stay in the heart of Bangkok. Gym could use some more equipment but you can do the basic routine. Hopefully they can add more equipment with time. I just want to mention Weena and Megan went above and beyond to help me have a more memorable stay here at Moxy by helping me fulfill a request.

Location is the centre of all shopping malls . A bit crowded but so accessable to go via sky walk . House keeping staff and F&B staff celebrate my Bday . Thank you so much for their services and kind words to wish my special day . Love to stay and will be back again . Not so good about was deposit 3000 baht per night . We have been to bkk so often and no other hotels are asking that deposit to pay upon check in. Hope management to consider to change it . Otherwise, all are pleasent staying and happy . F&B restaurant staff Changwai ( cate) was so helpful and lovely . Thanks him for his wonderful service . We will come back again for sure 😘

I was there from 08/Nov/2022~11/Nov/2022, my stay was good as the staff there are all very friendly, especially Zai. He help me on all my request and response fast. Thank you to Zai. There is another lady at the counter but i forgotten to ask her name, she is friendly too. In the room, the water pressure is very good, but the room soundproof is not that good as we can hear noises, knocking on door while inside our own room, overall is ok. There is a few sets of breakfast choice and it all taste good. The hotel location is very good as it is beside The Market, Big C and opposite centre world. There is a bridge that can link to platinum mall with a few mins walk. My sister said she would book this Hotel when she go Bangkok again and it goes same to me.

Good location as it’s close to the places where I usually would visit plus BTS. Second time staying at the Holiday Inn but at a different wing (the one where the lift is behind the pool). The room is big but also a bit old as things seem to be falling apart at places. 1) I got woken up by the sound of water dripping from the bathroom ceiling one morning. Called front desk but they misheard and thought the water basin was leaking. The ceiling was already sagging a bit so was afraid that it might collapse. 2) The metal plate by the door was loose so need to attempt closing the door a few times. Otherwise the door won’t lock properly. 3) Bathtub drainage was blocked so water would start pooling around the feet.

The hotel itself is 10000/10, very comfortable and luxurious. We used the lounge everyday and we were pampered throughout our stay. It is easy to go to Central World by foot, but when it comes to using grab taxi to go anywhere, the traffic was so bad that the car doesn't move for like 15mis or so... I recommend using train from the airport too. But I'd still stay here again because we didn't really need to use grab since everything we needed was walking distance.

Not expecting much from the hotel for the amount I paid. It is a decent hotel, with decent amenities. Good location, just next to platinum mall. Hotel room is small but feels cozy. Only downside of the room is the bed. It is too hard, like sleeping on wooden bed instead of mattress. On the other hand, my husband and I had a bad experience at the Foot Haven Massage & Spa located at level 1 of the hotel. Our lady masseuse was swapped to male masseur 15 minutes into the massage without our consent! My husband's assigned masseuse ask if he is ok to change to a male masseur and he said no. Even so, the lady masseuse swap with a male masseur and went off. As I was facing down, I heard another man's voice behind me and turned around and found out that my lady masseuse is swapping with another male masseur too! Our 2 assigned masseuse went off to service our friends who came 15 minutes after us and selected a more expensive massage service. After I rejected the male masseur, I was left there waiting. I kept asking if they are going to assign any masseuse for me and I was then asked to wait for 20 minutes until the next masseuse is available. They gave a very lame excuse that they are fully booked and all customers came with appointment! They didn't know that the other couple are our friends! What a stupid lie! It is not fair to make me wait while I am already half way through my massage! I had to cancel the massage and wait for the rest to be done. Very bad planning from the person-in-charge. Will never visit the spa again!

Booked a deluxe room for 3 nights. Everything about the hotel is old. From the room to the lift, to the design to the outlets, to the bathroom fixtures, etc. Despite it being an old hotel, the room and the surroundings were clean. The ACU and water heater were all working perfectly. The lift seemed to be crowded at times as the hotel had only two lifts. Forgot to mention that the room was quite spacious in fact there is a mini living room with a sofa, table, sink and fridge before you reach the bedroom itself. The bed was okay however since the hotel is situated along a busy road. It's hard not to hear the sounds of cars passing by. The hotel is equipped with a gym with ample equipment. The breakfast buffet selection was very good. It included pastries, bread, yogurt, all kinds of meats, rice, noodles, salad bar, fruits and drinks. They made minor changes everyday. Location is perfect as it is right beside platinum mall, about 5-10 mins walk to Central World and Big C supermarket, 10-15 mins walk to Siam Paragon and Siam Square. Pratunam Market is also a 5 to 10 minutes walk away. Both the MRT station and bus stop are accessible if I'm not mistaken. There are a couple of boutique stores on the ground floor of the hotel as well as a Burger King fast food. Convenience stores such as 7-11 and Wawa are also close to the hotel. The staff were all helpful especially the bell master whose name I forgot. Check in and check out were the same. Had doubts about this hotel due to the lack of recent reviews but those doubts were quashed. Will stay in this hotel again next time.

Had to sleep on the other side of the bed - when sleeping next to neighbors you hear every word😃 Bedsheets sometimes have a weird smell, but I think it's just weird combination of the softener and maybe storing them in damp place. Not bad. Perfect location, near 7/11, malls and McDonald's. Good staff, don't expect it to be 5 star level, but friendly and helpful. Air conditioning is good enough, even more than enough, for the given space. Room is not big. But for the city center it's good. Surprisingly, the breakfast was very good! Overall nice experience! I am not expecting super clean nor super complete rooms in Pratunam area considering this area is very crowded with stores and market activities. This hotel has provide exactly everything we need for the area. Clean bed and bathroom, sufficient towels, free flow mineral water and very reliable fast WiFi access. This could be the most suitable hotel to choose in this area. We saw there are a lot more more 'fancy and luxurious' hotel nearby, however most of them located above very busy and noisy market with knock down stall which may cause unnecessary noisy for your sleep. This area is almost open 24 hours. Cloud 9 just the right choice which located on a quiet corner. This hotel could be hard to find even if you use online map. Try to look for Benz hotel. This cloud 9 is next to it. we will definitely choose this hotel again when we had a chance to visit the area. We do not hesitate to recommend this place to our colleagues and families.

Our stay at Shan villas was excellent! This is a new hotel in the heart of Bangkok and it did not disappoint! Great location, a short trip from the On Nut Station. The villas are spacious with a great open air concept, beautiful interior and really beautiful pool! We highly recommend booking the jacuzzi villa as you can spend time with your friends in a villa that is very reasonably priced! We had the warmest welcome from all Staff members and we treated exceptionally well, they made us feel at home instantly and assisted us at all times for anything we might have needed, our stay was truly made by the incredible service we received, the food was the highlight of the stay! We opted for the floating breakfast and it was amazing, and a night at the rooftop dome dining experience, the food was delicious and top quality seafood too! Very fresh and both options of Thai and Western food! We would definitely stay at Shan villas when we are back in Bangkok! A huge thank you to all the staff who made our stay so memorable! We will be back and would highly recommend this stay!

The room, bedroom, bathroom was really clean. The food was really good as well. The 2 nights we strayed there was a pool party on top. We could enjoy the pool, tough. Only think we didn’t like was that on the last day it was an out-gate with the electricity so the lifts were not working. Which is ok. But we needed to take all our luggage 15 floors down. A manager on the 15th floor saw us leaving with the suitcases but she didn’t call any staff to help us. They even offered us a drink. Nothing. Only the say sorry, sorry and that’s is. Please next time have an emergency plan designed for the comfort of the guests. Pdta: they gave us a dessert because our honeymoon, which was a good detail.

I stayed in two hotels in this location, this and the Tangman Hotel. This cleaner sanitation facilities are better. Tangman has 3 buildings, the air in the first floor room is almost, there is an airport transfer but you have to pay. Stayed here for three nights on a quick “weekend” getaway trip, and wasn’t disappointed. The room was very big, with a bedroom and en-suite seperate from the living area and kitchenette. Bed was a king size and very clean and comfortable. En-suite was big, clean with a bathtub/shower. Toiletries and clean towels supplied everyday, but there wasn’t a hairdryer just FYI. Chaise lounge in the living area along with flat screen tv and DVD player. Dining table and full size fridge, with bottled water supplied daily. We bought our own coffee and milk, but complimentary coffee is offered every morning down in The Sip cafe. There’s a nice rooftop respite too, and the washing machine is up there if you need to do laundry. Staff are very friendly, accommodating and polite. We really enjoyed our stay here! There are also a couple of Michelin Star restaurants down the street, along with a very good suit tailor just around the corner. Highly recommend if you want clean, quiet, self contained accommodation not smack bang in the city. For us, it was central and an easy walk to wherever we wanted to go, but there are plenty of taxis and tuk tuk’s available in the street if you’re not a walker (like us). SBS...clean, safe, comfortable and affordable, we like it!!

It's great. The location is super convenient. It's just next to Pixel Building. Two roads and two subway stations are not far away. Every night Wang Jia Er standing guard for you makes me happy just thinking about it hahaha I want to eat supper 711 is downstairs! Every morning, I go to the fruit stand downstairs to buy fruit. The owner of the stall is very cute, but he can speak Chinese but not English. When checking in, it may be that there is something wrong with the Ctrip platform. The aunt at the front desk inquired for a long time and charged a deposit of 300 baht. At that time, I thought there was still a deposit. The page for booking was not written. I was a little unhappy, but I still cooperated with the payment. Returning the deposit is very reassuring and it must not affect the staff I like very much afterwards. The hotel provides a simple breakfast, including coffee, milk, toast, eggs, etc., but the Ctrip page states that there is no breakfast. After arriving at the store, the clerk offered to provide breakfast. Wow, it was an unexpected surprise and it was very convenient. The auntie who baked bread for us at breakfast is also super nice and warm. I came back late to borrow a hair dryer. A friend of mine recommended this hotel to me when I visited Thailand last November 2023. I also highly recommend this boutique hotel for the following reasons: 1. It's just a few steps away from the MRT, so that means staying in this hotel will enable you to save some money on transportation. 2. Clean, orderly and noise-free. My four-day stay was very comfortable. 3. The most important of all, for the time, the staff were very friendly, all smiles all the time, and very helpful. I think it is the nature of Thai people to be gentle and kind, and I really appreciate how I was treated kindly. One time, I was having difficulties talking with the motorcycle driver because he did not understand English that much, and so I asked for help from the receptionist. The receptionist talked to the driver over the app on phone and even walked me to the pick up point a few meters away from the hotel. The driver was unable to pick me up in front of the hotel because of heavy traffic. Also one of the staff let me borrow the plug for cellphones overnight. Lastly, wen I had to leave very early in the morning for the airport, he even helped me get my luggage into the trunk of the Grab taxi. Bedever has made stay in Bangkok much, much better. To the staff, thank you ka mak mak. l I will definitely book my stay here next time!

It provides a very relaxing and cosy place for a meal. Probably the hotel is still relatively new, so I got to enjoyed my meal comfortably in a Zen environment that is very much a Japanese set up. I ordered a salad, a massaman curry with rice and a drinks called Sparling Dai Dai which obviously it is their signature drinks - Ice coffee with orange juice. The drink is something that I would not normally order because I prefer black hot coffee but the weather in Bangkok is too hot, so I tried something different this time and ended up loving the drinks so much as it has a very refreshing taste and gave a boost to my mind. I would come back to try other dishes next time.

Great hotel. Clean and tied Close to the bts. There’s a swimming pool next door and gym what’s fine. I would recommend this place again They even gave my wife a birthday cake
