I was quite disappointed with the service at the front desk and from the bellboy. The receptionist was not friendly or accommodating, and it took a long time to get assistance with my check-in. The bellboy also seemed unhelpful and inattentive when I asked for help with my luggage. Overall, the service felt slow and lacked hospitality
definitely not what I expected from a 4 stars hotel of this standard

This is a good hotel, great buffet and Bistro restaurant. Good service. It's big, so service is not so personal. Jakarta is a big city, so try to do things with Grab or taxi (always at the entrance) We enjoyed our stay very much.
