Very good service from friendly efficient staff, got free upgraded room and door gift too, thank you! 😄 within walking distance from chunxi road subway station (exit E1), taikoo li, ifs. Able to check in as early as 10am too because room was already free and available. But toilet can be seen through from outside (not sure how to disable it). Otherwise, really good accommodation, satisfied and highly recommended for families. 😄

Very nice experience. We especially liked the room on the third floor which was clean and cosy. The staff was forthcoming, too. The lighting concept of the rooms are well thought out, creating a warm atmosphere. Of course the location is also a big plus. A potential downside could be the noisy street (they provide ear plugs), but that's the compromise for the nice view.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and professional, always ready to assist with any request. My room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The location is also convenient, with easy access to public transport and key attractions. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to both business and leisure travelers.give it 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel location is hard to find, even the cab driver weren’t able to find the hotel. The main entrance door is at the side of the building. It has 7 hotels in total and all sharing the same entrance and elevator! The hotel check in is on the 9th floor. But the hotel staff are very helpful and friendly, they go all way out to help.
