The hotel is very close to the airport. If you take the AirPort Express train to the Asia World Expo station, it’s maybe 3-5 minutes away by feet - it’s actually directly connected to the station so you don’t even have to go outside! They provide a shuttle to the airport every 15 minutes which is great. I think the ride lasts maybe 5 minutes? It’s very short, the airport is genuinely super close.
The staff is very helpful. According to Hong Kong law, the hotels cannot distribute plastic water bottles so instead, each room gets a glass bottle that you can go refill whenever. There are several stations on each floor to do this. I thought this was a really good system.
They have a bar with a very nice atmosphere. Many people are sitting there waiting for their late flights and the vibe was really good!
It’s somewhat of a basic business hotel. It was nice and clean but I felt like it was nothing extra - for this reason, I thought the price was way too high. This was my only problem. However, we also need to remember that this is Hong Kong, so it won’t be cheap.FromSGD 122

Being upgraded to a room on the highest floor for free really cheered me up after an exhausting midnight flight. The receptionist, Coco, was incredibly friendly and greeted me with a warm, smiling face! The view from my room and the rooftop was breathtaking, and the location was superb too. This stay was 5 nights March 21-26, 2024 but I am returning March 29-April 5 after a brief trip to China-
can’t wait as I feel, after a year of numerous stays and close to 30+nights~ the consistency of friendly service rival Four Seasons where I do stay in San Francisco near Union Square, Switzerland just last month {even Hong Kong -in the past 😕 with the best Afternoon Tea with Kenneth’s staff}.. I recommend Panda Hotel to all of American friends in need of a great value hotel in a most convenient location!FromSGD 69

This hotel is well located area, with big space on the room, each single bed with 2 big soft pure white clothed pillows, and pure white big blanket too.
The wall wardrobe with local Cantonese words and mandarin translation, very countryside feel for Malaysian Chinese which are the expert in multilingual and dialects 感觉回到家乡的味道。
Definitely will come back to stay in this hotel on my next trip .FromSGD 65
