Very strategic. The staff is friendly, overall good, the problem is in the dead bathroom exhaust and the smoke-smoking travelers sneez in the bathroom.

This is the best hotel i could find when i go travelling in Surabaya. I like how the towel is wrapped by plastic showing that its new and not used by other. The facility also is good, theres a refridgerator that you can use to cool foods and drinks. The wifi is also good and fast. The one thing that i dont like is maybe they cant refresh your card right away if youre extending your stay, but its good that the steward is willingly to help you to open your door until 2 pm.
