Shaxi is an ancient town on the Tea Horse Road. It has a long history, simple folk customs, and well-preserved ancient buildings. It is an ancient town worth visiting. I traveled alone this time and stayed at Xiangmo Youth Hostel for four nights in a row. I stayed in a girls' quadruple room. The price was about 50 yuan per night, which was very economical. The boss volunteers and staff are friendly, gentle and provide enthusiastic service. There is a public washing area with sufficient toilets, a roof platform for drying, and a paid washing machine. Shampoo and shower gel are provided in the shower room. Each bed has a small lamp, shelves and sockets for placing items. The bed is relatively spacious and I slept very comfortably. I've made some interesting friends here. I hope I will choose to stay here again when I visit Shaxi again in the future. The only suggestion is that the water pressure of the bath water is low and the water volume is too small. I hope it can be improved.

A beautiful hotel with amazing courtyard, a small lake with fishes, sitting and breakfast possibility around it. The place is so calm and beautiful, that you don't want to leave this little oasis. The rooms are comfortable, furnished with local furnitures which fits perfectly. To the city centre is 3-5 minutes walking distance along little shops. we loved the courtyard and Shahi as small town, very relaxing.

A super good stay experience, it goes well with my beloved Shaxi. After arriving at the hotel, you will get a free upgrade to the suite, a fruit plate, hot milk at night, afternoon tea, breakfast and personalized services. Everything from hardware to software is great! The ladies at the B&B are also great, considerate, gentle and beautiful! It made me identify the Jixiashan brand, and I will choose it if I have the chance🤩🤩🤩I hope Shaxi will always be like this, quiet and beautiful! It is the most beautiful countryside and ancient town. At least for now.

There are few star-rated hotels in the small county. The main building is still quite stylish, but there are deluxe rooms in the main building, and ordinary rooms in the back annex building. The conditions are relatively general. The room decoration is old, the facilities are simple, there is no central air conditioning, and the bathroom is surprisingly large. There are half of the room. The advantage is that there is a yard and parking is convenient. Not far from the hotel is a food street, which is convenient for eating.

By car, you can park your car in the parking lot of Lanlinge Hotel, and it only takes five minutes to walk there. Opposite the small courtyard is the big old tree where Ah Nai sells things. It is very close to Sideng Street and the ancient stage. There are three set meals to choose from for breakfast. After staying for two days, I tasted the bait set set and the Western set set. The taste and presentation were very attentive. The overall environment and supplies are good, and it's very comfortable to stay.

The Inn is conveniently located near the old town of Shaxi. A taxi can bring you to the front door. All rooms have views on the amazing garden with a small pond. On the first floor there is a roof terrace and a room with a pool table. The rooms are small but convenient and full of character because of the wooden construction of the building (can be a bit noisy from the neighbours though). The bathroom has a nice hot shower and a glass sliding door: so no wet floor in the rest of the bathroom. The staff is really friendly and offered us a plate of fresh fruit. They don’t speak English but we managed with our basic Chinese and translation app. Checking in and out was a bit confusing because only the owner can do it and he was not around at the time. Every day they serve a nice and diverse breakfast (mix of western and Chinese). We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this inn.

I read the reviews on Ctrip and booked Yiduoyun B&B in Shaxi Ancient Town. It is really a very good B&B. There are everything in the room, water, coffee and drinks are all very good brands, and the bathroom body milk and facial cleanser Mask, cleansing oil, disposable face towels, sanitary wipes, etc. There are everything, and the boss is very tasteful. The kitchen is very clean and well-equipped. The whole homestay is very warm, just like being at home. When we went out to play, we also visited several homestays, none of which could compare with his home. We have lived here for four days, and Shaxi is suitable for this kind of slow-paced life. I really like Shaxi.

Guest house owner is friendly and helpful. Location of the guest house is right at the entrance of ancient Town. A lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Note that it is quite cold during Winter, and it may be chilly even inside the room, despite of air conditioning. Make sure you have sufficient clothing. Also, it takes few minutes for a running water to turn hot. Keep it in mind.

The facility is new and the owner keeps it clean and tidy. The host is very kind and responsive. Help me get in touch to buy farmhouse ham and make fungus. The B&B is right at the entrance of the village, and the parking is very convenient. It is very suitable for self-driving tours. There is a large field with the window open, and it is not far from the town center. We originally booked 2 nights and really liked it so we stayed 5 more nights. Next time I come to Shaxi, I will choose to live in Biewan, Xishui.

This homestay is really ”good wind”. The landlord and his family are warm and hospitable, the service is meticulous and thoughtful, and they also prepare fruit milk for guests from afar and can order breakfast. The bed in the room was super comfortable. I had two pillows high and low. I slept very well in both nights and was more comfortable than a five-star hotel. The room is also equipped with a humidifier, a bath heater, and a smart mirror. The layout on the second floor is equipped with a leisure area with mountain views, and the view is very good! The next day I lived, I saw a rainbow. The two terraces can be viewed and dried. A large yard can park several cars for self-driving tourists. It is very convenient to go out for 2 minutes to the north gate of the ancient town. I really feel at home in my heart.
