My wife and I stayed here last week for one night - but would love to come back and stay longer. Very near the amazing long beach south of Rimini (less than a block from the water). Rooms are very clean, new from the looks of things. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was decent size as far as European hotels go (have been in hotels with much smaller bathrooms). Best part was the breakfast you get. Cool system they have going - when you check in they give you a menu checklist for the next day's breakfast. Put your room number on it and give it to the front desk staff the night before, and they'll put together what your order is for you the next morning. No buffet spoilage or waste - you get exactly what you asked for. The front desk staff member who checked us in (sorry, forgot his name) was hilarious - he wanted to see LOTS of food being checked off on the breakfast order, and when we handed it in he seemed mock annoyed that it wasn't enough. Very friendly, willing to offer suggestions, call a cab, etc. Would highly recommend the place, although it is far from Rimini's historical centre (about 5 km away). Our room rate was also the cheapest for one night we stayed anywhere in northern Italy, so it helps with keeping budgets reasonable.

Family-conducted hotels, which are located on a small road 200 metres from the bathrooms (conventioned with bathroom 114). The first night of the day after the dishes are chosen between land and sea options and the servers Nicola and Katia are very nice. Breakfast is buffet. A pleasant and always smiled staff, especially careful to the needs of children (I write with knowledge of cause, having a daughter of 4 years). Just for this aspect, surely a added value, I recommend making some cycles available with seats and better treat baby dance, often relied on the autonomy of children and parents... We are feeling I would like to advise you.

Not a small (?) disadvantage (no elevator, etc.) Because it was off-season, the price was good and the price was a box. Room, cleanliness, breakfast, etc....all were satisfactory, staff were very friendly too. He helped me with my best request. Compared to Korea, it was slow, but in Italy it was quite quick. I wish all the staff weren't lost their smile until I visit again someday. Although not without minor (?) disadvantages (no elevator, etc..), Probably because it was the off-season, the price was good and the value for money was good. The room, cleanliness, breakfast, etc... All were satisfactory, and the staff were very friendly. I did my best to help with my request, Of course, compared to Korea, it was slow, but in Italy, the work was done fairly quickly. I hope that all the staff will not lose their smile until they visit again someday.

Great hotel, perfect location. Just a few meters from the beach and various restaurants and bars. Whether you are coming on a family vacation or with friends, this hotel is the right place for you. The rooms are large, ours had a balcony and a partial sea view. Breakfast is plentiful, and dinner is perfect. Restaurants with Michelin stars could be ashamed. :) Tip: be sure to take full or half board. The massage was excellent, the prices more than acceptable considering the hotel and the summer peak season. And on the end, the staff is very kind, nice, always ready to help. My daughter and I are thrilled, and we can't wait to go back next summer. Thank you for everything, team! T&T

Good afternoon. Arrived in Rimini over the weekend. Excellent location. It takes 40 minutes to walk to the airport. The beaches in this area are very good. This is not the city center, nor the suburbs. It takes 10 minutes to get to the city center by bus No. 11. About the hotel. It is acceptable for my money. Clean, clean, no change in towels. The only disadvantage is that in the bathroom, that is, the bathroom, the shower is almost hanging from the bathroom, and there is a hole in the floor. My air conditioner is also broken. They responded quickly, but since I only stopped for two days, I asked not to disturb me, which was not boring. The staff does not speak English at all. Trying to explain aloud in Italian. Gypsies)) Overall, the money is great. They also asked us to pay a tourist fee of 2 euros per night and provided a receipt, even though the booking stated that all taxes were included.
