Myself& wife stayed bet 15th& 17 th April 24.Rooms were ckean& tidy. But no laundry service. Senior citizens like us carry less luggage on long trip,expecting laundry service in such expensive hotels. They said there's no laundry service for few days and no alternate arrangements could be made. Atrocious. Impolite and indifferent behaviour by receptionist. Where to search for laundry in unknown place? Only two attenders for serving all rooms. There's a delay. A/C remote was dysfunctional. Three times electricians came and finally second day night it was alright with simple replacement of battery cells!!!. Very unpleasant experience. The management can educate their receptionists ,especially an elderly one, as to how to behave with customers. Only good thing, their veg restaurant is good . But no idlies in the evenings! I won't recommend.

The stay was comfortable. The rooms were clean. However, the reception staff was not at all flexible when we wanted to extend our stay for abt 4 hours as per our flight schedule. Thy demanded a full-day's payment for 4 hours extra inspite of requesting to charge a reasonable amt for it. Padmanabhan who was providing room service was very helpful.

No food available @ hotel. But we can get food in walkable distance. Located just 300min. From station so walkable only. For emergency purpose for bachelor or for 1 day refresher as family during travel this hotel is best @ it's price.

The property is just infront of railway station and so very convenient location. But there was no lift. In the room there was no mini refrigerator, no electric kettle, hand wash and only one towel for two persons. The behaviour of staff was good.
