What a great place to stay! I can't really say what I loved more, the location (right by the lakefront) or the beautifully remodeled, modern room. The hotel is easy to find, employees are very friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful, modern, stylish, and functional, breakfast (included) next door on the sunny patio was delicious and there were plenty of options on the buffet. The mattress was a bit hard for my liking, but that really is the only thing that was not perfect from my point of view. We'll be back!

We stayed for 3 nights in this amazing place with a beautiful garden and an exceptional crew. The reception is staffed by Swiss professionals and you feel right at home. The rooms have all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. Beds are comfortable and room have air conditioning. The garden with a koi pool and a extra clean swimming pool is outrageous beautiful. The Hydrangeas are in full bloom and every detail in top shape. Restaurants are very good and the service is professional. This is the Swiss style. Never intrusive or servile. A shuttle service can bring you in town and of course you can walk through pleasant neighborhoods too Golf is just around the corner and on the lake you can do a cruise to an island with a botanical garden. The Ticino is well organized with good roads and long tunnels through the mountains. Nearly everything can be reached by train If you are anyway in Switzerland do not miss its beautiful towns like Bern and Lucerne or Zürich. So much to see in this beautiful country. I have seen many old towns in Europe but the Swiss know how to keep them in shape and spotless clean. The fast food Joints do not stick out and the little shops just invite to stroll through town. Not to forget the terrific bakeries and cheese shops. Switzerland has also some very good wines , which they mostly drink themselves. So hop on the train and see gods country.

The house is a hotel garni, so it offers only breakfast. But this is very good, extensive, and does not leave any wishes open. You can even prepare eggs in a automatic egg cooker. Several sauce and S***** varieties, different cheese, musli, yoghurt, and different bread varieties complete the offer. In the salon on the ground floor there is a refrigerator from which every guest can serve and consume in enters a corresponding form. The hotel has been newly built into an old house, with only the facade and a intersection wall. Therefore all rooms are quite new and modernly equipped;the beds are very comfortable, the bathroom is large and with rain shower, there are enough deposition areas. Specially beautiful are the rooms with sea view and small balcony. There is a spa and a hall bathroom in the cellar, very exceptionally in this location. Bademantels and bathtubs are available at the reception on request. The staff is very expert and helpful, even if the reception is not occupied at night. It has surprised us, however, that the hotel cannot provide screens in rain weather (as is common in almost all hotels in the world), but offers them for sale.
