We received the car quickly, it was in good condition, and had a full tank. We drove over 1,900 miles, crossed four states, and had no problems. It's a great car! Returning the car was also hassle-free, very fast and efficient, and they gave us a free shuttle to the airport. Overall, excellent service. We loved everything about it. 👌🏻

We rented a nearly brand-new car! And the car was in excellent condition! The staff were also very friendly! They only suggested insurance, without any hard selling. We upgraded to a different car, which felt even better! We are truly grateful to the rental company!

I was surprised at how nice the rental car center at LAX had become. Apparently it's not completely finished yet, as it was quite a long walk from the shuttle bus stop to the rental car companies.

Chevrolet Blazer
It was a brand new car that still had that new car smell. It felt clean and the ride was extremely comfortable. It was the same size as a typical Japanese SUV, so I expected decent fuel economy, but unfortunately, being an American car, the fuel economy was poor. Nevertheless, the 2000km journey was very enjoyable.

Car was clean and well maintained. Returning the car was very easy, there wasn’t anyone at the office, so we just followed the steps in returning the car via their website. There wasn’t any service per se, didn’t go through the car nor checked it with us when we picked up the car and at drop off. Asked the person a few questions who went through the pick up with us but, couldn’t really explain in detail regarding the we queries had about the forms hence, the non-existent service.
