I was able to rent the car quickly with my International Driving Permit. The vehicle was clean, and there were no issues while driving. Since I booked the full coverage package, I just needed to park at the designated return parking lot and return the key immediately. However, returns are not possible during nighttime hours as they do not operate 24 hours a day.

I rented a Chevrolet 4WD at Los Angeles Airport, and it was great; the car was in excellent condition. The only downside was the pick-up location; I had to take a bus. Thankfully, everything went smoothly. I rented it for four days, averaging about 300 kilometers each day. I was very satisfied. I'll definitely rent from Ctrip again next time.

The LAX shuttle bus requires a walk to the waiting point; you can turn left or right after exiting the terminal. Waiting for the bus can feel like a battle, especially for those with a lot of luggage. However, the car rental center itself is very new and bright, with professional staff who are quite efficient. Picking up a car is self-service, the process is clear, and the service is excellent.
