The NOAH 8-seater is easy to drive; it was more than enough for a family trip of 5 people with 5 large suitcases, and the trip between Kumamoto and Fukuoka, including Dazaifu and Kyushu Zoo, was a great experience.

Although we had made a reservation, we still needed to get a number at the entrance. Staff called our numbers to process the rental. There were many customers waiting. We had a reservation for 10:30, arrived at the shop around 10:20, and didn't complete all the rental procedures until almost 11:00. The processing time was about 10 minutes; the rest was waiting. Waiting at the shop entrance in the hot weather was quite uncomfortable. The car was in very new condition, and all functions worked perfectly. The only drawback was the inability to connect via Bluetooth, so we couldn't play music through the stereo, which was a minor flaw. However, overall, the user experience was excellent.

The car was very clean, and picking up and returning it was extremely easy. I had to change my plans and needed to extend the rental period, but contacting the staff was convenient and I received excellent service. I would definitely use their service again if I have the opportunity.

The car was in good condition, the staff were professional, and they explained driving precautions very clearly, especially providing pictures to illustrate the different types of fuel. It's a highly recommended rental company. We had four people plus two large 29-inch suitcases.

The vehicle was a black Prius, and it was practically brand new. The performance was decent, and both the interior and trunk space were ample. However, the interior and exterior cleaning were poor when I picked it up. In particular, the unknown water bottles in the console box were unpleasant. Nevertheless, the staff were friendly and helpful.

Super convenient to book and collect the car especially when it’s located nearby the Kumamoto Station. The instructions were easy to understand, they had a video before you collect the car and they went through all paperwork. The car was spotless and looked brand new! It was very easy to drive the car, we got a Honda NBox. We ordered an additional ETC card that we paid the tolls after returning the car. I wished I had the car for the remaining of the days in Japan.
