I booked this hotel for my parents, and they were absolutely delighted. It's conveniently located near all the major attractions, and getting around by taxi or subway is super easy. The service was top-notch, truly. I chose Christine after reading so many glowing reviews, and it definitely paid off! My parents couldn't stop praising the staff, saying every single employee they encountered was warm, friendly, and incredibly polite: from the lobby manager, concierge, and front desk, to the housekeeping staff, restaurant crew, and even the driver who took them to the station – every single one was just wonderful. Such a hotel culture and management level is truly impressive! On top of that, the breakfast and afternoon tea were incredibly rich and delicious. Next time we're in Luoyang, we're definitely staying here again!

Hotel location is biased, quiet is an advantage. The lobby is large but the lights are dim. The equipment in the room is complete, the operation button graphic display is not as clear as the text, the light is still so dark, and it is not clear that it is often misoperated. The service staff is very good, the restaurant does not have a lobby, there is a private room, the two people have to open a private room for a meal. The amount of dishes is large and the price is not expensive. The breakfast variety is not too much, the most conventional fried dough sticks and bread are not! Fruits are also poor. Free parking is very good. The price of the holiday has not increased, which is relatively fair. In general, it is a luxurious and affordable hotel in Anyang.
