Great Idea to reflect the past use
This is a great area that shows what the past use of the dry dock used to be and one which has been kept to show and reflect the local maritime heritage. The lower area has a number of restaurants etc...

This place is designed to replicate the dry dock across the street that is now home to the Nippon Maru. This one doesn't have water in it and you can see how the real one works. They show some movie...
