If you enter the path to Shiratani Unsuizasa on the left, you will reach a plain mossy prayer place. The surrounding cedar forest, mossy shrine, and its small appearance are mysterious.
From the bussankan on the way to Shiratani Unsuikyo, there is a signboard at 30 m, and if you walk on the unpaved road on the left, you will see a torii gate. There are mossy lanterns, and you can see that it has been an island of mountain worship since ancient times.
I stopped by on my way back from Shiratani Unsuikyo in July 2017. It is said that on the way back from Shiratani Unsuikyo, it will be a little sideways. There is a torii gate at the entrance, and when you go back, you will see a mysterious sight such as mossy stone statues and countless stone lanterns. This was a place of worship and had a very mysterious atmosphere.
I was taught by the locals and visited before climbing. I realized that it was an island of mountain worship and visited for sightseeing, but I think I was able to enter the mountain with a humble feeling.
