Poetry Soul Statues

The sculpture of the Poetry Soul Group is located at the entrance of Tang Poetry Gorge in Furong Garden, Xi'an. It is magnificent and has statues of poets such as Li Bai, Du Fu, Bai Juyi. The sculpture group shows the important position of Tang poetry in Tang Dynasty literature and created by many famous poets in Tang Dynasty through the image of the peaks. The height of literature and art that cannot be reached in later life.

Poetry soul group carving is an important attraction of Datang Furong Garden in Xi'an. It is located near the south gate of Datang Furong Garden. The sculpture is engraved with great poets such as Li Bai Dupu Baijuyi. Behind is a valley, and Tang poetry is engraved on the stone ends on both sides of the valley. At the end of the valley, pick up the steps and the end is Xingtai.

The entire sculpture is on the hillside, chiselling the most representative Tang poet image on the cliffs of the cliffs, a total of 25, the highest standing statue up to 9 meters. These poets include the romantic poet Li Bai, the realist representative Du Fu, and the representative Bai Juyi, who is famous for his closeness to the characteristics of popular life. The group sculptures show the scene through the poet's activities, poet's image and poetic content, so that tourists can deeply feel the ancient style of the poets of the Tang Dynasty and the inner essence of Tang poetry.

The sculptures of the souls are located on the platform of the Furong Garden of Datang, connecting the Tang Shixia. The sculptures are 16 meters high, about 40 meters long and wide, covering an area of about 1480 square meters. The souls of the poems are mainly based on the raised peaks, which symbolize the lofty position of Tang poetry in Chinese literature.
