It is held in Setagaya Boro City, around Kamimachi Station and Setagaya Station on the Tokyu Setagaya Line on December and January 15th and 16th. It seems to have an old history. Boro City in Setagaya will be held twice in December and January, but I went to the second time. It was after the rain, but there were quite a few people.
