Cute and unexpected "dog" statue!
While going to the local convenience store for cooling soba noodles on a hot rainy day after my arrival last summer, I happened upon this cute statue of what I thought was a dog. OK! Now I see it's a ...
It is on the right side of the ticket gate of Anamori Inari Station and exiting to a place like the station square, which is a bicycle parking lot. It's sitting in a corner so that you can get close to the station facility, so if you don't know it, you'll pass by without noticing it. In particular, there are no enclosures or attached plants, so I had the impression that it was completely blended in front of the station.
It is a stone structure of fox near the ticket gate of anamori Inari station. It seems that it was made after the angel of the God of Anamori Inari, but it's not that big and there's no explanation, so if you don't know, you'll pass by as it is.
Fox statue and costume in front of Keikyu Anamori Inari Station
Original Text
It is on the right side, just a little further after exiting the ticket gate of Anamori Inari Station on the Keikyu Airport Line. It's not noticeable, so I noticed it for the first time when I used several stations. This Kon-chan seems to be fashionable and occasionally changing costumes. The Anamori Inari Shrine website has announced that it is recruiting costumes, so it seems that volunteers who love the statue of Con-chan make cute costumes.

easy to miss it
Fox statue is located just outside of station entrance, but it may be easy to miss it. No explanation of statue is written.

A stone statue that is surprisingly inconspicuous
