It was built as a guest house accompanied by a Western-style building. It's to entertain foreign customers. The cobblestone approach to the entrance is a nice atmosphere. Go up the entrance and there is "Mitsuji no Ma" in front. From here, you can see the Japanese garden across the corridor. Next to "Mitsuji no Ma" was a "main guest room". Both are 40 tatami mats. It is a short walk from Komaba Todaimae Station. It is located in a quiet residential area and has a calm atmosphere. There are also cherry trees in spring, and cherry blossom viewing is also recommended.
The room was very large. It was a small building compared to the Western-style building, but the garden was wonderful. It's a pity that photography is prohibited.
It seems that time has stopped when I relax in the nice living room that uses the space luxuriously and look at the beautiful garden. It doesn't seem to be a major tourist destination, and there were no people at all even on Sundays, so I was able to spend a very quiet time.
